“My driver seat got all the way stuck forward and the seat lever was not working. I could barely get in it but was pushed up on the steering wheel. Due to the fires, no one was able to see me for weeks. I kept looking and then I called Shelton’s Auto Masters. He said he could squeeze me in that day. I went and he was able to fix it within an hour and a half. Shelton was very knowledgeable, affordable, and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.”

After looking at the options on Maui, I decided to go with this company for a number of reasons: 1) Their website is easy to use and all of their services can be booked and taken care of completely online. 2) When I did have follow up questions, they got back to me with a friendly phone call or email. 3) They make it so easy on you! All you have to do is drop off the spare key with them in advance (in Kahului), and when you take your trip, they pick the car up at the airport! No needing to organize rides, asking friends etc...they take care of it!We were off island for a long trip, and when we returned, the car was very close to baggage claim and SPARKLING clean (inside and out). I had my doubts that a service like this would be so smooth, but Island Auto Storage completely blew me away with their 5-star service.If you're heading off island, and want someone to really take care of your vehicle, and want it to be absolutely effortless to organize the whole experience, choose this company!”

“Recently had a fender bender, my compact SUV vs rock wall resulted in multiple gouges extending from the entire driver's side door to the rear driver's side bumper. The insurance company estimated the damage at several thousand dollars. Brought my vehicle to Carco Autobody and Refinishing because of recommendation of a family member. Carco did not disappoint. Donn provided my insurance company with an incredibly detailed and meticulous report which allowed for further repairs that were overlooked from the initial estimate inspection. Additionally they were able to order parts and start working on repairs way sooner than I expected. Long story short, my car came back looking brand new. I was amazed that they were able to exactly match the paint color sepia bronze.The whole team was amazing! Thank you so much to Donn, Brenda, and Gil!”

“I stopped by randomly because its walking distance of my office, so I went to inquire for brakes replacement and oil change. They are less busy atm because of less tourist cars to work on and was able to schedule for the following week. Ken was super nice and communicative. He called to let me know exactly what he was going to do before he proceeded with the work. He finished day of drop off. Also unexpected and grateful, he buffed out my parking pillar mistakes on both sides of my front bumper, buffed out my headlights to make it look less yellow, and replaced my windshield wipers. “Wayne did a complete repaint of my baby - a 2002 Corvette convertible. It was a long process, taking longer than expected, but the end result is gorgeous: NO paint runs, bubbles, orange peal, fading, over-spray, missed areas or other examples of poor quality control. Major complements! My only critique is I wish Wayne had given me a little better time expectation when we started. But then I must recognize that he found the amount of dirt and sand buried in the cracks and crevaces of the car certainly extended the prep period. I'd go back in a minute for any more work.”

“My Toyota 4 Runner had a recall on the paint job. Jojo from Maui Toyota help me set up a new paint job through Maui Collision Center. They did a great job painting my car. They made a teeny tiny scratch on my back window (i would have never noticed)! They ordered and replaced my rear window!!!! I was so impressed with their honesty! I had to bring my car back in to replace the window and they found a $50 bill in my car. Jojo from Maui toyota called to tell me my car is ready for pick up and maui collision center found a $50 and left it in the cupholder. So impressed with the true aloha spirit and the amazing paint job and window repair! my kids were trying to pay for our dinner with their christmas money and i threw their money back at them... and we couldnt find the $$$ so thank you!!! im not one to post reviews but they deserve one!!!!!”
