Chan's Auto Body & Paint Shop is an amazing and wonderful local business on Maui. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, kind, professional, attentive, and clear. They provide exceptional, efficient, and reliable service with great timing. The quality of their repair work is outstanding, fantastic, perfect, and dynamite, with cars looking as good as new or brand new. Their attention to detail is evident and their work is of high quality every time. They are one of the few shops that take cash instead of insurance and offer affordable quotes. They are honest, show aloha, and may find ways to repair vehicles without replacing parts. Unlike other shops that are backed up for months or lack space, Chan's Auto Body completes repairs quickly, often in just a few days, and can store vehicles until work begins. The entire process is seamless, with the team keeping customers informed every step of the way. They truly go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and are highly recommended by their clients.

Amazing customer service and took great care of my car, especially since it was a unique vehicle that required special repairs/attention. Nothing but good words to say!

I got an estimate here for some minor damage then shortly after totaled my car. Ken called just to check on me, seems to be genuinely good guy.
