“My driver seat got all the way stuck forward and the seat lever was not working. I could barely get in it but was pushed up on the steering wheel. Due to the fires, no one was able to see me for weeks. I kept looking and then I called Shelton’s Auto Masters. He said he could squeeze me in that day. I went and he was able to fix it within an hour and a half. Shelton was very knowledgeable, affordable, and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.”

“I needed to replace the bumper and a headlight of my 17-year-old Toyota. I tried six or seven body shops. Several did not return my calls. A couple of shops said they did not repair cars over 10 years old. One had a three-month wait just to do an estimate. I was about to give up, but as a last resort decided to drive to a final shop without a prior appointment to try to get an estimate. To my utter amazement, a friendly person with Cano's not only looked at my car on the spot, but also agreed to repair it, which they did once the parts arrived from Oahu. Highly recommended.”

“Recently had a fender bender, my compact SUV vs rock wall resulted in multiple gouges extending from the entire driver's side door to the rear driver's side bumper. The insurance company estimated the damage at several thousand dollars. Brought my vehicle to Carco Autobody and Refinishing because of recommendation of a family member. Carco did not disappoint. Donn provided my insurance company with an incredibly detailed and meticulous report which allowed for further repairs that were overlooked from the initial estimate inspection. Additionally they were able to order parts and start working on repairs way sooner than I expected. Long story short, my car came back looking brand new. I was amazed that they were able to exactly match the paint color sepia bronze.The whole team was amazing! Thank you so much to Donn, Brenda, and Gil!”

“I called the store in the afternoon, asking if they had the wiper blades for my car in stock. Robert looked up the specs of my vehicle and offered me options. He told me the store closes at 9pm. He was very helpful!As I drove to the store after work, I was already envisioning needing to change out of my work clothes before installing the new blades because I'm "vertically challenged" and would probably need to lean against the car (or climb up on the hood! ) to reach the windshield wipers.When I got to the store, an employee by the name of Marco was mopping the floor. I stood in line waiting for the other employee (come to learn that was Robert!) to finish with the customer he was helping. Marco greeted me and told me to be mindful of the wet floor. He asked how he could help, then looked up my blades in the system. The transaction was super quick!When Marco went to the back to get the blades, I told Robert that I'll need to change clothes before installing. He immediately said, "Marco can do that for you! We do this all the time, so it's easier for us!" And he was right! It took Marco about 5 minutes to install all 3 blades! This transaction wasn't a big deal, nor was it complicated, but the customer service these two guys provided was so incredibly impressive. In a world where people need to be taught to greet customers before they greet you, offer help above & beyond their job description and be genuinely kind, Robert and Marco made it so simple. And now they have a loyal customer. I will give them my business again!Mahalo e Robert & Marco! Appreciate you guys!”

“Live near one and I'm constantly going in for something and I repair all my family's & friends vehicles, usually always have what I need, or it can be brought in, though not always the cheapest but generally quality parts with decent warranty behind it, watch out for electrical parts though some may not have a return policy, make sure you need to replace that electrical item aka modules, relays are such items I had trouble returning especially if the box was opened.”
“My Toyota 4 Runner had a recall on the paint job. Jojo from Maui Toyota help me set up a new paint job through Maui Collision Center. They did a great job painting my car. They made a teeny tiny scratch on my back window (i would have never noticed)! They ordered and replaced my rear window!!!! I was so impressed with their honesty! I had to bring my car back in to replace the window and they found a $50 bill in my car. Jojo from Maui toyota called to tell me my car is ready for pick up and maui collision center found a $50 and left it in the cupholder. So impressed with the true aloha spirit and the amazing paint job and window repair! my kids were trying to pay for our dinner with their christmas money and i threw their money back at them... and we couldnt find the $$$ so thank you!!! im not one to post reviews but they deserve one!!!!!”
