“I dropped off my 2012 macbook air for a battery. Well, that was issue 1. Issue 2 was later found to be the mother board. He was able to fix them both in under a week for a great price. I definitely recommend this business. He talks you through everything, gives you options, explains how things work (if you want to know and learn) and great communication to keep you up to date.”

“been to this location 3x since I have moved to the island, once to Schofield and once to Kapolei. This is the best one. two workers Travis and Tiffany were so funny and helpful. There were there everytime i was at pearl ridge. I felt like a valued customer unlike the other 2 locations. I will keep coming back here. The store has plenty of pokemon cards and a lot of star wars merch. It's also next to a bath and body so great for the wife.”

“Newly renovated and updated to reflect Japanese 7-11s. Many standard food staples but their deli has an expanded menu that includes maki sushi, spam musubi, obento, and dumplings. Also found many types of instant ramen and yakisoba. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. I hope this style of 7-11 becomes the standard all over the U.S.”

“Best Customer Service for Sweet Kanoe. Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? How do yal expect people to go 3-5 days without a phone? Seriously!! Ridiculous really!! Anyways, Thank-you kanoe...Exceptional Customer Service.

“When I was working this seven eleven was my stop for coffee which was always fresh. I would pick up a pastry and I was set for the thirty plus mile commute to work. If I still needed breakfast I would grab one of their cold sandwiches which were always tasty. Store was always clean. Staff was always friendly and efficient. Definitely a great place to start a day.”
“Elyssa was and is great . She got me discounts reorganized my bill without me asking to give me a discount monthly of $65 dollars a month which will be almost $800 a year I'm so grateful . She also gave me more data and free apple care and discount on my Hulu account or Disney bundle. Graciously reorganize my bill multiple times and calculate 3 different options to give me great service. I like to get the most for what I'm paying and it could seem that I'm difficult but she never change her demeanor or expression. If you want to have great service get on down to Pearl highland shopping center request for Elyssa she will make you cry with tears of joy I honor you Elyssa and your kind heart and hard work be bless for all the rest of your days with joy peace love and happiness”
“We’ve had cricket for a long time, but we just went in to upgrade our phones, I got the only 12 Pro Max they had, and then my husband got got the XR…a couple days in my husband wanted the 12 Pro Max also but they did not have anymore, a few days go by and they got one on, and Cheri called us to let us know that another came in because she knew we wanted it. Go see Cheri, she even helped us choose a new phone for my SIL, and got us going with the mobile hot spot. Always friendly, and always helpful.”

“My grand nephew likes getting his Freyo for his after school snack, plus a spam musubi or lup Chong manapua, they are usually busy during the time we go but the cashiers are pretty quick to bring the long line down, unfortunately the machines for smoothies or slush is not in service, one or the other, they are popular with the kids so I'm sure maintenance is hard to keep on a high demand products.”

“I mostly shop Target online and more often during the holidays. One thing that standouts is their quick shipping. They'll ship your items out the same or next day. Their packing is the best! Whenever I order liquid items, they tape the cap area carefully and securely to prevent spillage using their personalized Target tape. Overall, I use Target online less. Practically all of their items will only ship with a $35 minimum order. And it's not always I'll have a checkout of that amount. This policy started during the height of the pandemic. Target also adds on a surcharge fee for Hawaii if you're not a Red Card member. I notice that a lot of the products that they used to ship are no longer available for shipping. Things I used to buy on a regular basis aren't guaranteed anymore.”

“Last day of November 2016 I stopped by the 7-11 Hawaii Makai location to purchase an adult monthly bus pass. When I stepped foot into the store I was greeted by one of two employees. I had asked the employees if they had the December 2016 bus pass. One of the employees said that they ran out. The second employee, Paula, said that she would check if they have some bus passes from the back stock. Since the bus pass was locked up in a timed safe...Paula had asked me if I could wait. I told her I don't mind waiting. In the meantime I browsed around the store and took notice that 7-11 Hawaii sells Ted's Bakery pies by the slice. I noticed the blueberry cream pie and the chocolate haupia cream pie. The chocolate haupia cream pie was calling my name. :) I grabbed a slice of pie and approached the counter. Paula hands the other employee the extra adult December bus passes. I paid for my purchases and left the store to head to work. Big mahalo to Paula for going the extra mile in checking to see if there was any more back stock of December bus passes. Greatly appreciated. If the store actually ran out of the bus passes then I would have to check 7-11 Mauka (across from my workplace) and 7-11 Makaha since they are the alternative stores in purchasing a monthly bus pass. 176/200”

“For four days I labored on the phone with tmobile tech support and Sunny and Melvyn at the Pearl City Tmobile store. Tech support did everything possible to restore my internet connection to my Hisense tv. The effort and patience put forth by both Sunny and Melvyn was off the chart. Patient, courteous and truly focused on fixing my issue. Very impressive! In the end I junked the TV and got a Samsung. I'm thoroughly convinced that you cannot do any better than using Tmobile Pearl City as your cell phone provider. Thanks very much!”

“Best Buy's Total Tech, which includes their Geek Squad, is the "best buy" on the planet. Tech is evolving at such a fast pace that I can no longer keep up. But when I am hopelessly mired in the "newest and most confusing," the Geek Squad people talk me down off the ledge. I'm forever grateful!”

“Typical GameStop, friendly staff, decent selection. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they very often have SO MANY boxes of products waiting to be put on shelves, that it's very hard to walk around the store. I'm not sure if perhaps they don't have a store room for their products, but it means many times I simply cannot go in the store, because I literally cannot push a stroller in and walk. There simply isn't room.”
