Sadie and Sid have great customer service! They weee very knowledgeable about the products and services offered. They even provided further information to me about the specials the store was having. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a phone service to go see Sadie and Sid!!

So I went to get my mom a new phone and Jacob the Associate helped us immediately as we walked in he was welcoming and attentive and very nice. Amazing Customer service. Mahalo Jacob!

They are always great when I come in to update my phone and any other service. They have an awesome crew and today I saw a difficult customer but the the lady named lei who helped me out handled everything calm and cool, just like a true professional would do
