“I’m surprised to see such low ratings, but seems to be in part due to frustrations with passport service and a particular associate.
The three female associates working here have always been so sweet and patient. The line usually moves fast.
My only issue here had been with the one associate who has been mentioned a few times already in other reviews. I can say I have also experienced this associate’s condescension, which in my cases had to do with my package being too small, as I was told, and then another time my self-printed label being too small. Here I thought I’d be more economical with resources. ??♀️ I’d never before been told my items were too small for mailing. Another time I was lectured on what may happen if I was shipping non-media items with a media label, even when I acknowledged I was shipping qualifying items (a bunch of CDs).”
“Shipping for Filipinos by Filipinos. This is shipped by ship and they double check everything before sealing the deal. If you want faster and more expensive, by all means go elsewhere. For the service they provide, the price and the service is more than sufficient. I have sent a few and they arrive even in the south of the Philippines in a small barrio, they have my trust with my packages now.”

“I had an awful morning at another establishment on base & came to the UPS store to take care of a return that needed done. The young gentleman that helped me was very patient & understanding when I told him I wasn’t having a good morning & was struggling with finding the bar code he needed. It was nice to have customer service from someone who was understanding & kind. Thank you sir??”
