“A Great Choice for Courier/Delivery Service in Honolulu! We used this company in 2014 to pick up documents in Honolulu and then drop off at Fed-Ex to be delivered to us in the Los Angeles area. They were easy to work with and we were very happy. Now, in 2019 - we needed the opposite service. A bid deadline was on the line and we needed our bid documents picked up from Aloha Air Cargo and delivered to the City of Honolulu. Cidnie was very responsive and assured us this could be done on time. She kept in contact with us via email and sent us a signed delivery receipt - 3 hours before the bid deadline! This is a very professional service who make good on their promises. Highly recommend! (Again...in 2019)”
“I ordered a paddle board from Florida and the Shipping was free from the seller through UPS. The shipment supposed to arrive on the 20th of June but the tracking system said it was recorded but could not be located a day before. I called UPS and told them the problem. After a while on hold and sent through several departments, the gentleman said we show its been diverted to a different location. We will contact you in 24 hrs and give me an update. The long agonizing wait ended when I was left a message while at work that the paddle board had been found at a different location in LA. and had been sent out to Honolulu and the new arrival date is June 30th. I was glad they found it but was still worried about the excessive handling of the board. 6/28 I got a message the board is here and needed to schedule a delivery. 6/29 I called and told them I would pick it up. I was not about to wait any longer the damage suspense was killing me. When I got there I met up with Dave if I'm not mistaken and he took be to get the board. When he brought it out I saw some serious gouges in the shipping box and I was like in my head f%#€! But when I open the box to inspect it there was absolutely no damage because of the extra foam packing I requested from the seller. It definitely set my mind at ease. I know people complain about shipping freight and have their peeves but I can at least say there was a silver lining in this experience. They did go out if there way to locate my shipment even though I had thoughts if having to go through the claim process. But getting a call within the 24 he period of locating it and getting a call two days before the arrival still made me think they did a great job at rectifying the problem and I'm satisfied with UPS. They do a lot of deliveries to us and they are pretty much always on time.”
“Cheap items directly from China. Lots of stuff that you’d buy on Amazon for a huge markup.
They have lots of stuff, so you have to sift through it, but great deals on stuff if you can find what you want/need. It’s fun to go and see what treasures and great deals you can find”
“FedEx prints huge 3’ x 4’ event poster board signs in store. Everyone else ships all the way from the mainland. They even print announcements with the quickest of turnarounds. They’ve earned my print business! So easy. Eddie, Maria and Dora are absolute rockstars!”
“Called pacific air cargo to ship my vehicle from Honolulu to LAX got quoted a decent price for shipping (goes by weight) they took care of my vehicle in Honolulu and LAX location. Only issue was i got quoted a little cheaper price over the phone and got quoted more when i went in to do paperwork. All in all i would use them again to ship a vehicle??”

“Ms. Lisa is amazing! We’ve been here since August of last year and the few times we’ve stopped in the post office it has always been Ms. Lisa. She’s very helpful and efficient and ensures that when mailing a box that we’re using the right one with correct postage. One time I accidentally used a priority mail box that wasn’t labeled flat rate and she caught it and I didn’t realize how much cost difference was to send between the two. Ms. Lisa made sure I got the right box as I had already prepaid and hit me with some knowledge that I use going forward. I really hope that while we’re here that Ms. Lisa is permanent as she has such a positive energy and friendly vibe there. She definitely has the Aloha spirit ?”

Super friendly and helpful staff. I shouldn't call them staff, they are like your friends, on your side for anything you might need, going above and beyond their call for duty.
They help you choose the most efficient and least costly method in shipping. They bring your item out to you even if you just missed their closing time and couldn't find the item you expect in your box just yet!
I almost want to hang out with these guys and gals there, day in day out. Thank you all for making residents feel so welcome.”
