“Maui Off Road gets a very rare 5 star rating from me and I do mean very rare. Jeff and his crew were absolutely outstanding in handling my project and were super accommodating to my needs and all the parts I supplied.I had the entire suspension (front and back) swapped out on my truck as well as re-balancing the new tires.
For the job, Jeff quoted me a price that was less than half what I was expecting (especially by Oahu prices) and with a completion time in less than half what I thought it would take. Everything worked out flawlessly and I'm incredibly impressed by the work done at this location. I would highly suggest anyone who has any off road style work that needs to be done to their vehicles, please come here. I will definitely be back!”
“My car was towed and left in their parking lot on a Friday night at 11pm. I showed up on Saturday as soon as they opened. I was greeted with a smile a a warm reception. Michelle kept in touch with me through out the day. Was honest with the timeframe and did not mislead me. My car was looked at first thing Monday morning. Michelle pleasantly contacted me during the day with uodates. My car was ready for pick up at 3pm. I was extremely happy and relieved. The whole experience was positive. I will highly recommend them to everyone. I will be a return customer. I would give 10 Stars if I could but, I'm only allowed five.”

“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome! “If you are looking for great service from start to finish, come on down to Goodyear in Waipahu. I came in needing a tire patched. However, the screw was too close to the edge of the tire, so instead of trying to sell me a new tire, they offered to install the spare for me. Start to finish was less than 40 minutes as a walk-in.”

“I had an appointment to get a tire replaced, but when I went to my car it wouldn't start. I called to let them know I had to cancel my appointment because my car wouldn't start and the lady asked if I wanted to have somebody come out and take a look at it. I told her no, that would be all right, thinking it was over the top. About 5 minutes later, the store manager called and said he wanted to come out and look at my car to see if he could help me with it. He showed up about 15 or 20 minutes later, checked The battery and told me that was what the issue was. Since it was still under warranty at another shop, I told him I would have them fix it. I explained about another issue I was having with my front end and he said he could give me a quote for that as well as for the tire. He gave me an awesome quote, told me to bring the car right in and they could fix it for me today. I walked out after paying $600 less than the other estimate I had gotten for exactly the same issue plus the tire. These people are awesome. They went out of their way for me and did exactly what they said they would. I will forever use them for any car I own now and in the future.”
