“I truly appreciate the aloha and efficiency at Dansen's. I booked my safety check appt with Shiloh several days in advance; she was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived for my appt, another lovely lady helped me (so sorry I didn't get her name). I waited in the waiting room for just 10 minutes...say what?! I've had appts elsewhere for safety checks that I've waited several hours for them to even start to look at my car, even though I had an appt. Mahalo nui to the mechanics and the rest of the Dansen's ohana for great service!”
“The Midas Pearl City team completed my vehicle safety check efficiently and provided a quick turnaround, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth, professional, and easy from start to finish. Thank you to the team for the great customer service!”
“The staff at wahiawa was very respectful. They clearly explained what was gonna be done and asked for your consent before doing anything. And also during the job being done they let you know what was being done and asked if you had any other concerns. Nice and friendly staff there”
“Trust the rating, it's well deserved. The amount of care and integrity that went in to Derek's and his daughters service are absolutely unmatched. He explained every single thing in detail about what parts he replaced called me for my preferences, detailed the hours. My truck had MULTIPLE issues after the wheel bearing gor FRIED and I knew it. It wasn't something I had the expertise or patience for and I definitely trusted the right one with the task. Replaced both wheel bearings, calipers, and rotors and didn't charge me for the labor of the rotors or calipers. You can tell he takes alot of pride in the shop and the genuine care you get from him I assure you is unmatched on the island. I'm definitely returning with some baked goods and a sincere thank you. ❤️”
“Normally I expect there to be a long line and for an oil change to take much longer. I think it was slow because I went in on a busy holiday shopping weekend when most people probably aren’t getting oil changes as much. I think it took under 15 minutes for them to finish my oil change. It was like a pit crew came out during a race! They offered great customer service and a very quick turnaround time for completing my oil change. I give them an A+”
“I would like to say these guys are top notch. I have had exhaust work done by these guys by the amazing Nate, it was great. The exhaust work is by far the best in Hawaii. I had my previous custom exhaust done by Rad Motor Sport and it lasted with no issues. I have a new car now, so I wanted a new custom exhaust setup. I was again extremely pleased with my new setup. Nate did my exhaust work again, the look and sound is great. I also got a new tire and wheel package with them. I love how professional and honest they were from the beginning. I would highly recommend these guys.”
“Great shop, very honest. He could've gotten way more money out of me but took the time to explain the problem and make some other repair suggestions. You don't find them like this.”
“Fantastic service at a great price. Boss man knows what he's about and sorted me out with a mount and balance in well under an hour. Paid an incredibly reasonable price where big name tire shops were wanting to shaft me for over double. Recommending for any tire related services out in Waianae for sure. Quick and easy.”

“My wife took our car in and said that it was the most pleasant experience she’s had at an auto shop. She said the man that helped her both times was extremely nice. She was also pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was it only took 2 hours and they didn’t overcharge or try adding anything that wasn’t necessary. Definitely recommend this place above all others!”
“Kalani and Richard are the best! They were very helpful, friendly and personable. They answered all the questions I had and did their best to help with every concern I had about my vehicle.”
“had a great experience at Carlot. The prices are very reasonable, and what impressed me most was the reliable warranty and support for repairs. It really gave me peace of mind.
Carlo, the owner, is an extremely trustworthy and honest person. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured me. You can tell he truly cares about his customers, not just making a sale.
Because of this positive experience, I will definitely come back here when I buy my next car. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a budget-friendly dealership you can trust!”
“Barely any wait time. Very pleasant, professional, satisfactory service. The price was a little high, I thought. Yet, that's what everybody charges for a full synthetic oil, so it must be the norm. I had a military discount, let alone I a coupon that I didn't use. So, I'm set and very satisfied. No complaints. The workers are very professional, polite, and pleasant, and that's what counts.”
“You looking for tires with great service? This is the spot. A little far from town but so worth it! The guys there helped me out in a pinch the day I called! The value and quality is the best I’ve had so far!”
“I LOVE CAPITAL AUTO. They get the job done and I’ve been with them for over 6 years I never have any issues they take good care of my cars. I’m now bringing my newest car for maintenance. I have a 07 Dodge Ram truck and they’ve kept her running great.”
“We rented a car through TURO and noticed a leaking tire. We went to this shop and not only did they fix it for a reasonable price but they also checked our other tires and not ied they were over the limit of PSI and fixed those to prevent a dangerous situation. We are thankful for their attention to detail and kindness! Great people and a great shop!”
“Awesome Customer Service! Great guy to talk about tires, anything tires, very knowledgeable in the tire business. Amazing skill in tire mechanics. If you are in the west side area, this is the place to go for all your tire needs. Mahalo 10 Dollar Tires”
“Maui Off Road gets a very rare 5 star rating from me and I do mean very rare. Jeff and his crew were absolutely outstanding in handling my project and were super accommodating to my needs and all the parts I supplied.I had the entire suspension (front and back) swapped out on my truck as well as re-balancing the new tires.
For the job, Jeff quoted me a price that was less than half what I was expecting (especially by Oahu prices) and with a completion time in less than half what I thought it would take. Everything worked out flawlessly and I'm incredibly impressed by the work done at this location. I would highly suggest anyone who has any off road style work that needs to be done to their vehicles, please come here. I will definitely be back!”

“Very professional and friendly front desk staff, I saw a woman that worked in the garage tell a man that they are working on getting his vehicle done as soon as possible and that they know he needs to pick up his daughter. Seemed very considerate and that they care about the customers.”
“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome! The two ladies at the front desk were nice and considerate and the tire team did a great job installing the tires. If/when I need tires again I’ll go to them for sure! Recommend you go early before the line starts.

“Came here due a nail in my wife’s tire and Jack and his staff were super helpful. They were busy but managed to squeeze me in and find the problem. This shop was out of my way but due to scheduling issues with a previous shop i was forced to drive further. But it was worth it, thanks to their expertise and hospitality I will be driving here for all my wheel and tire needs!!”
