“I shop at the general store, the staff is great. Some prices are really decent others are high, I can't afford the soil here vs Home Depot, but a lot of the food items are very reasonable to restock or make a spontaneous meal without driving far. I like taking my kids here because they have a great variety of things, so it's fun for me to look around with them at the different ways they could spend money like markers vs candy vs chips vs little souvenirs. A lot of times I can pick up medicine or school supplies I need to refill without a long trip to Hilo. ?”
