“Fun experience at the Dole Planation. I had one oyster with two beautiful white pearls. I had them made into simple earrings and I got to pick another free oyster for getting my pearls set and my son picked one that gave us a gorgeous rose pearl. I chose not to have it set and there was zero pressure about that which I really appreciated. She even pierced the pearl for me to make it easier to get it set later. Great experience!”
“The person that helped me was super nice and made it a good experience getting my pearl and setting it in a silver ring. It's so pretty and I can't wait on wearing it.”
“Omg, Brenda was a ?. Her hospitality is completely golden. She has a great smile, great attitude, and an amazing aloha vibe. She was super helpful in her craft. Mahalo, for letting me know about all the promotions and deals going on.
You rock!”
“Thank you May for your help from start to finish. I would definitely visit you the next time I need to get a gift, etc. Ben Bridge Jeweler-Pearlridge is an excellent source for repairs also. Customer service is exceptional. Very welcoming and friendly. Mahalo May!!”

“Sugar Sugar Hawaii has such interesting, tasteful, beautiful, and unique inventory. I always seem to find something that I didn’t know I needed. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you. Store is organized and clean.”
“So happy that we walked into Zales because Rosie was the best. As soon as we walked in she was so welcoming and accommodating with us. My boyfriend went into Kay’s Jewelry to shop for a ring but was never helped or even acknowledged there not even a hi or anything. Even when I came in to look around I didn’t even get acknowledged tho people who walked in after us got greeted. My boyfriend was frustrated cuz he thought maybe because the way he looks maybe they thought he didn’t have money or couldn’t afford anything.
So I told him let’s just go look in Zales as soon as we walked in Rosie greeted us and helped us right away. My boyfriend told her about our experience at Kay’s and how he wanted to get a ring for me she immediately showed me rings. I had no idea what kind of ring I wanted to get Rosie stepped in showing me different styles made me try on a 10 ct ring hoping my boyfriend would budge on my budget, I had a $5000 budget on my ring, but we failed lol. The whole process was just fun conversation it was just good energy from start to finish. I ended up getting a ring due to Rosie it felt like we knew her forever. We were so happy with her service that my boyfriend ended up getting a ring too which he wasn’t planning on. We were both in awe with our experience at Zales especially my boyfriend. We didn’t get her coworker name either but she was also sweet. Thank you for the great customer service!!!”
“The storekeepers were extremely polite and helpful. Stock is beautiful! Every item I bought was wrapped nicely and carefully. Pleasant place to be! Thank you! Price seems really fair as well!”
“Great store for Polynesian keepsakes, with plenty of stuff handmade on the islands.
Staff member was very friendly and volunteered useful information, including a disclosure that the coins we were looking at were replicas, which we appreciated!”
“Went in to check my ring size for a new wedding ring and was pleasantly greeted and assisted by Nusara. Walked out with the ring of my dreams and am still in awe of its beauty. Such a wonderful experience with Nusara and Kay Jewelers.”
“Whenever I need a gift for my sister, my daughters, my granddaughters or a good friend I always find exactly what I need at Sweet Okole Jewelry. They have the most beautifully handmade jewelry I have seen on the island. Very well made with love and aloha. I love the girls that work there especially Tania she is so thoughtful and goes out of her way to help you choose the right gift for your special loved one. I especially like their exquisite bangle bracelet and exotic crystals. A crystal for every occasion, mood or just for love. If you feel it there is a crystal for it. Thank you Tania for all of your expertise and Aloha”
“Although several months ago, never too late to post a review. Collette was a pleasure to work on creating a Kamon pendant of the symbol of my birth city crest (Fukuoka). Perfectly executed, every line in perfect symmetry. Couldn't of imagined that it would come out so perfect. If your looking to get an heirloom piece to be passed down for generations to come, this is the place Aloha!!”
“The owners are so nice. They always know how to take care. They can custom make something for you or at least try to get you what your looking for and that's what matters. Most places won't even try to help you. They are right next to Kim Chee 7 and 7-11. If you go there before or after lunch it is easy to find parking.”
“We stopped at the booth at the Dole Plantation today get a necklace repaired that we got at another place. The girl working was AMAZING!!! She was pleseant and professional. I wish I would have bought my jewlery there in the first place. Highly recommend.”

“Thought I'd do a review of a long standing shop in Haleiwa - this store has been here for a lot of years, so that alone should give you confidence. I have seen it forever, but will admit this was my first time actually stopping in to see what was offered. First reaction - a really nice selection of saltwater and freshwater pearls, reflecting choices from black to baroque to white pearls. Black pearls, white pearls, a mix of colors, this place has a ton of options. What I really appreciated was an honest assessment of each option I looked at - oysters can be finicky with pearls, and create perfection as well as a "perfection" that would appeal to many of us. What I really appreciated was no push to upsell, just a genuine aloha to help me and other people in the store find something that was right for them. This store doesn't have a lot of local reviews, so I felt it important to give a local. honest review. Frankly, I expected just to do a "just looking" walk through - after all, regardless of what tourists think, pearls are not found in our waters, let alone oysters - but the personal service, and the comfort, even glee of pointing out what may not be "perfect" but will have character, is what sets apart a personal sales experience from mass market. Ultimately, I chose a fantastic looking black saltwater pearl with an "imperfection" that played beautifully into the gold clasp. The price was quite reasonable, the help in shopping made it a learning experience as well as a discovery. I don't know anything about pearls, I'm from Oahu and we don't have pearls/oysters here, but I loved this little shop and the honest discovery. If you are local playing tourist for the day like me, or a tourist, for crafted jewelry, this is a very nice spot.”
“5 stars is for the beautiful soul that was working on 12/23. I rushed to the mall for last minute Christmas shopping after work and she made me feel so welcomed. I know I was one of those customers so lassssst minute but regardless she was the sweetest person ever! Thank you for helping me and my husband out you literally saved my Christmas! She deserves a raise & weekends off with her kiddies lol Thank you so much for going above and beyond mamas, we appreciate you!”
“Bought a pinky signet ring from uncle. He said free resizing for life. So I asked him how do you make money. He said he takes care of customers. In this day and age; it is important to treat your customers fairly. Uncle is still working hard, loves his job and is apparent he loves his customers. If you are in the market for jewelry, I cannot recommend this shop enough. They will take care of you, answer any questions and make sure you love your product!”

“Service was very polite and patient. They had beautiful suggestions for jewelry settings. Although, drilling of the pearl is not required for keepsake, they were knowledgable of what could happen to the pearl if we decided to drill the pearl after fully drying. I would recommend this experience for anyone visiting Pearl Harbor.”
“Located in Haleiwa, which is on the north side of Oahu. Beautiful pieces of jewelry. They have rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Unique looking items that have natural pearls. Very pretty. Plenty of parking around the store.”
“My wife and I met Abby at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet on Valentine's weekend and she could not have been more gracious, inviting and attentive without ever being pushy or over-involved. All her hand crafted pieces seemed very personal and intimate. She worked along side my wife to help pick out her perfect necklace and a gift for our cousin. Abby even made alterations to the chain length while we waited and the two ladies shared fun personal stories. It may seem crazy but my fat ass was impressed by Abby's whole operation. Her incredible display of jewelry on professional grade display racks along with her detailed check-box item description cards for each piece. Abby is a very gifted artist, savvy business woman and a pleasure to do business with.”
“Kai at Pacific Diamond in Walmalu was extremely helpful, caring and professional. They replaced a diamond in my grandmother's wedding ring and repaired my wedding ring. Both rings are beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the value, workmanship and expertise.”
“It was interesting to go and visit Tahitian Treasures. It is a beautiful mini stall located at the Hukilau Market and also near the Tahitian Village in the Polynesian Cultural Center. It is interesting that most of their item are brought from Tahiti and the stall at the market place has some really nice souvenirs for guest that come to PCC. If you do get the chance to talk with the owners, they are really nice.”
“Definitely one of my favorite stores! The ladies who run the place are so friendly and make sure you have a great time in their store. The merchandise is GORGEOUS and well made. If you are looking for gifts that are better quality than all the cheesy Hawaiian junk, this place has lots of choices. The have a wall of shells, shell and other pretty jewelry, pillow covers, water bottles...lots of pretty things. Enjoy!”
“I have purchased plenty of jewelry from them. Chains, gold bracelets, pendants and necklaces, rings. They never disappoint, 100% honest and quality pieces. Definitely worth Every purchase made. Bonus, they give excellent customer service.”
“Came in to have two of my 14k rope chains fixed. They were my grandmother's jewelry and I needed to repair a link and replace the clasp. The sales women were so professional and easy to order the repair with. They estimated it would take 6 weeks but it was done in less than 2 weeks. I am definitely pleased with the quality work done on this repair. Paid a total of around $200 for soldering (the broken link) and replacing the clasps (to lobster claw) on two separate 14k rope chains. Prices were comparable at other placesDefinitely recommend them for their customer service and convenient location”
“We went in to browse and replace some black pearls that I lost one of. So the saleswomen was just that. She had a great personality. Wanted me to try everything. She tuned in to everything I said and at the end of the day and $1600 later out we went. If you spend X dollars you get to pick a harvested pearl. This is where her salesmanship shows up. You now have to place that pretty pearl into some type of setting. If you choose a pendent then you need a necklace; so free pearl after $400, a beautiful pendant $400 and now the necklace to hang said pendent on $400 plus the other monies spent to get to the free pearl that lead to the additions. All in all I never purchase what I don't want. Our motto is YOLO. Great job! The receipt says Len Ramos if that's her she's really good so be prepared to purchase some nice pieces and open your wallet.”
“Kam is the best! He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, & kind. My fiancé got his grandmother’s heirloom ring re-sized, re-pronged, and plated for me and it took less than a week! Kam has great prices and does extremely beautiful work.”
