“I’m surprised to see such low ratings, but seems to be in part due to frustrations with passport service and a particular associate.
The three female associates working here have always been so sweet and patient. The line usually moves fast.
My only issue here had been with the one associate who has been mentioned a few times already in other reviews. I can say I have also experienced this associate’s condescension, which in my cases had to do with my package being too small, as I was told, and then another time my self-printed label being too small. Here I thought I’d be more economical with resources. ??♀️ I’d never before been told my items were too small for mailing. Another time I was lectured on what may happen if I was shipping non-media items with a media label, even when I acknowledged I was shipping qualifying items (a bunch of CDs).”
“It’s my second time using this exact postal office and I want to admit that the service here one of the best. This time I was sending few boxes to Europe and it was my first time doing it. Gretchen the post office lady was so helpful, she explained me everything, helped to fill all the documents and kindly answered all my questions. I thought it would be stressful but with Gretchen help it was so easy and fast.”

“Loving our new mail carrier Jody! I had a question about my package while not trying to be a bother in her busy route, she was so kind to stop and answer my question. Usually in the post office they give you a QR code to leave a review but she didn’t have anything like that on hand. Anyway, my overall experience with her was great! We love her on our street.”
