“Staff was great , price was good . Excellent customer service . When I try to get in the gate my 1st time there was something wrong saying denied access . Had to call customer service to get a temp key for the day. They did follow up after to let me know there was a glitch in there system and should be working now. I havnt gone back yet and will see. The only thing that I did not like is that there was 2 carts available and both has broken wheels, bummer due to the tools I had to haul to my storage . I let them know and hope they can replace it ASAP. That was the only inconvenience for me . Other than that hope they can replace it asap. Other then that I had a good experience.”

“The movers showed up to our condo, which is on one of the highest floors in the building. They had to come up from the basement garage and through an alley, so there were some unforeseen logistical challenges, but they handled everything flawlessly. They were very professional, worked efficiently without wasting any time packing things up (which I really appreciated), and nothing was broken. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone!”
“Smaller sized storage facility, yet still secure. The units are located both outside along the inner perimeter and in a small building. Its gate access which you can download their app to easily open using bluetooth. Property is well kept and clean. Front office is located right at the entrance and usually always has someone available if theyre not out and about the grounds.”

“Went to Public Storage in Mililani to clean out locker. First impression general area was clean and restroom was available. Lights outside of unit on 2nd floor, bulbs missing. Hard to see in locker during clean out. No attendant on duty.”

“Just wanted to give a shout out and a huge recommendation! If your things have arrived to island or if you are PCSing soon I highly recommend Crown relocations and use Romeos crew. They arrived at our house yesterday about 8:45 a.m and left by 12. They were extremely professional and helpful. They picked up after themselves and put things down so they didn't mess up our new floors. They helped me go through all the paperwork of filling out the damaged things, and gave us their number if we had any more questions!! Romeo, Rob, and Al will get in and out with things done nicely, orderly, and professionally! Wish I could give them 15/10 !”
“These people are life savers! Hours before deployment and I was able to drop my car off and get a ride back to the ship! Their customer services is outstanding!! Less stress knowing that my car will be safe and sound inside a bunker in a mountain waiting for my return home 😔
