The sales staff kept me informed every step of the way, giving me updates on the ETA and making sure I always knew what was going on. He was patient, helpful, and worked with me to find the best solution for my situation instead of making me feel pressured.
The owner also took the time to come out, introduce himself, and personally check on what was happening with my situation. That personal attention showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and their experience.
