I actually contacted Servco Waipahu first, but after a full day of no response, we contacted Cutter Volvo via their website. I got a call is LESS than 10 minutes! Made an appointment to see the car and received text messages from both the manager and Darryl, our salesperson. On the day of our appt, we were running a little late, I texted both the manager and Darryl, they were SUPER responsive and understanding. “Manny is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He made our deal sweet and simple and didn’t waste any of my precious time. He was very straight forward and very professional.. there was one thing that he didn’t brought up though was that there was only one set of key for the Tundra and I was I little bit disappointed. Most cars or trucks comes with two sets of keys in case you lose one you’ll have a spare. Now I don’t have a spare and I might have to contact with Toyota dealer to get a spare with my own expenses..is there a away that Tony Honda can obtain me a spare key for my 2025 Toyota Tundra without any paying any out of pocket? I would really appreciate that. Mahalo”
