“I'm ashamed to say that I've never been to this thrift store. I'm not sure why it took me so long. Maybe because every "thrift store" I've gone to on island was way over priced!!! There are 2 other thrift stores in Wahiawa: one is filthy and unorganized, the other one is way over priced and shouldn't be called a thrift store! This store had great prices. I bought 5 items and only paid $14 bucks. That's never happened to me before at any other thrift store I've been to on island. Well, today I walked into the Salvation Army and with much delight I splurged! They are very organized, clean and very friendly customer service. It's not a big store but I appreciate that aspect because other stores are so big that it's hard to keep it clean. All the clothes are color coded. The shoes are clean and fairly new. Shelves are organized and dust free. You can tell they are particular on what they accept for donations. I've always donated to the local bins in Mililani that say Salvation Army. Now I know where my items I've donated go to. I will be way more careful and select the absolute best clothes, house hold goods etc to donate to my favorite store! Thank you again for keeping this store amazing!”
“i loved visiting! great service & friendly workers who complimented my friends and i. parking is a bit likited and prices were a bit high, but that's relatively normal right now. they had a great mix in their selection of hand-picked vintage clothes, books, trinkets, dishware, etc - probably one of the best antique stores i've visited, a gem of wahiawā!”

“An adventure from Maui to Honolulu to the Flying Pig this past weekend resulted in some nice Koa purchases, rocker and bowl from the genial Elizabeth. A mind blowing 40K sf shop in a former military bunker, not only did it show me a piece of Hawaiian history I didn't know about but the inventory is mind boggling . The Uber trip to and from Waikiki was about 40 minutes each way but well worth it. Looking forward to a return trip sooner than later. Aloha for now from. Mauirob”
