“At the trift shop, all of the items are second-hand and have a lot of ups and downs. If you don't choose electrical equipment carefully, you can end up making a big loss. There are no returns or refunds.”

“Cater kids is a great place to find toys for babies and kids for a great price or you can try to resell some of your items. In the past, I had set up an appt to sell some of my children's stuff but unfortunately they couldn't take the car seats for safety reasons or couldn't find the original price of the items.. nevertheless, I shopped around their store as you can thrift baby toys and necessities in good/great/new condition items. From what I remember seeing, there was a ton of Elmo toys. My kids had too many toys already but I'll keep them in mind. This is a great place if you're on a budget and would prefer to support small rather than the big box stores!”

“Open Tues, Thurs ,Friday 9-1. Located on Ft Shafter. No ID needed to shop, but must be able to access post. From household goods to military clothing. Daily specials. Book room, toy section, baby dept. Large Premier section of NWT, and designer clothing . Not for profit, proceeds go to scholarships and community grants, mostly run by volunteers with a few paid staff, all very friendly! Good parking, no public restrooms(some nextdoor) fun place to shop with great prices!”

“This is a real thrift shop, yo. Good prices, knowledgeable owner, and some real good stuff if you know how to find it. I am glad it is here. If you want a spiffy bourgeois place with nice, well-organized racks and no street folks outside etc please go someplace else, because I don’t really want to see your gentrified attitude in here anyways. But if you want some good deals and some pretty nice stuff, this is a good place!”

“i loved visiting! great service & friendly workers who complimented my friends and i. parking is a bit likited and prices were a bit high, but that's relatively normal right now. they had a great mix in their selection of hand-picked vintage clothes, books, trinkets, dishware, etc - probably one of the best antique stores i've visited, a gem of wahiawā!”

“Great for for when you're looking for rare or difficult to find items with moderate pricing. Be careful to research anything you decide you wanna purchase or sell here BEFORE YOU BUY OR SELL. Sometimes, they will adjust the prices based on what you may find. Otherwise, the customer service ranges from decent to helpful, depending upon who's helping you. Definitely a unique store with a special vibe to it. Last thing, not as relevant but right outside of the entrance, it smells like nasty egg-farts.”
