“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome! “I called them to get a quote on 2 tires and when they were available. I think was about $300 something for 2 new tires and they was able to take us right as soon they was done with a client. We were on way too during the call. We took our car in for 2 new tires. They took us in after the next client. Took at least half an hour. I know less than an hour. It was fast. Reasonable pricing to!!”

“A couple of hours before my scheduled doctor's appointment I noticed that the front right tire of my car was flat. I called several auto shops in Waialua. Wahiawa and Mililani but they were completely booked up until the following week. I realized I had missed contacting a couple more shops in Wahiawa and, therefore, called LS Automotive Repair. My call was answered in 2 rings, unlike the other shops that answered after four or more rings and immediately put me on hold. After mentioning that I needed to get a flat tire repaired as soon as possible, I was told that I could bring my car in right away. Without hesitation, I drove to the shop and was greeted by a friendly gentlemen. He proceeded to fix the flat immediately as he was aware that I needed to make my doctor's appointment. Luckily, the issue was just a leak that could be plugged up. In 15 minutes, the repair was done and after paying a small and reasonable fee I was back on the road. I really didn't expect such a quick turnaround! A big thanks to the gentleman at LS Automotive for being friendly and responsive when I first called. His professionalism and willingness to help reflected the business's genuine dedication to customer service. I will surely go to LS Automotive again for future servicing.”

“Our ABS VSA and power steering lights came on, and on the way to the shop the warning lights turned off. The shop advised up front, without the warning lights illuminated, there is a good chance they won't be able to pick up anything on their diagnostic scans. We wanted to check anyway just in case. The shop called back, they weren't able to find anything, but what I really think was outstanding, because they didn't do much, and didn't spend much time on the diagnostics, they actually didn't charge me anything. They could have easily charged for the time they spent running the tests, but they didn't. I will definitely take my cars back there. They are respectable and pleasant to work with!”

You can gauge the quality of a person's customer service by their attitude nearing or after shop hours -- Eric was polite, engaging, and listened intently to my needs!I quickly set up an appointment with him. Eric is very professional and responsive. For the labor required, Eric's price was very reasonable! He does pick up and drop off.Eric quoted me a week for return time, but got it done in 5 days! The owner is all business, and doesn't like clients to show up late, so I've always shown up a few minutes early, just to be sure, and then pull aside and wait only a short time. He even adjusted my headlights, for no extra charge, which were pointing down slightly. Thelocation is a bit hard to find, in that it is located behind all the retail shops at the Sugar Mill, so if you get lost, just ask someone who works there for directions.”
