“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”
“I truly appreciate the aloha and efficiency at Dansen's. I booked my safety check appt with Shiloh several days in advance; she was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived for my appt, another lovely lady helped me (so sorry I didn't get her name). I waited in the waiting room for just 10 minutes...say what?! I've had appts elsewhere for safety checks that I've waited several hours for them to even start to look at my car, even though I had an appt. “I had an appointment at the good year Kapolei at 8am . It was 9 am and they still didn’t touch my car. I drove to Wainae to 808llc and safety check was done by 9:20 . Don’t loose your valuable time with the others”

“Normally I expect there to be a long line and for an oil change to take much longer. I think it was slow because I went in on a busy holiday shopping weekend when most people probably aren’t getting oil changes as much. I think it took under 15 minutes for them to finish my oil change. It was like a pit crew came out during a race! They offered great customer service and a very quick turnaround time for completing my oil change. I give them an A+”

“This business is really well organized and knowledgeable!
I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.
I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED with my experience and.....

He explained every single thing in detail about what parts he replaced called me for my preferences, detailed the hours. My truck had MULTIPLE issues after the wheel bearing gor FRIED and I knew it. It wasn't something I had the expertise or patience for and I definitely trusted the right one with the task. Replaced both wheel bearings, calipers, and rotors and didn't charge me for the labor of the rotors or calipers. You can tell he takes alot of pride in the shop and the genuine care you get from him I assure you is unmatched on the island. “Tire was leaking air couldn’t find any leak my self gave TopLevel cars a call and they answered immediately and told me i could bring it in the same day and they would check it out. They found the nail in my inner sidewall replaced the tire and had me driving again the same day. The service was also so great so easy to work with no bullshit just good work.”

“I am an Uber driver, and one of my headlights unexpectedly went out. After briefly considering a DIY fix, I decided it was best to leave it to a professional—especially on Christmas Eve, when time and stress levels are already high.
I spent the morning calling several auto repair shops, many of which were either unavailable or unable to help on short notice. Usman Auto, however, truly came through. From the initial phone call to the service itself, the experience was excellent.

“I would like to say these guys are top notch. I have had exhaust work done by these guys by the amazing Nate, it was great. The exhaust work is by far the best in Hawaii. I had my previous custom exhaust done by Rad Motor Sport and it lasted with no issues. I have a new car now, so I wanted a new custom exhaust setup. I was again extremely pleased with my new setup. Nate did my exhaust work again, the look and sound is great. I also got a new tire and wheel package with them. I love how professional and honest they were from the beginning. “My wife took our car in and said that it was the most pleasant experience she’s had at an auto shop. She said the man that helped her both times was extremely nice. She was also pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was it only took 2 hours and they didn’t overcharge or try adding anything that wasn’t necessary.
