“My mom needed a tow truck ASAP on a Sunday morning/afternoon (Her truck driver side ball joint broke off the entire assembly). I called many tow truck companies near by and no one responded. So, I tried Harvey's towing. Harvey answered my call and said he would be late because of another job he was at. Long story short, Harvey did his job and came swiftly before, I finally got ahold of someone to tow my mom's truck, Harvey called and said he was 15 min out from where the truck was stranded. Harvey, was a life saver and can't thank him for being fast and swift with coming from town side to North Shore (Kahuku to be exact). Mahalo.

“Highly recommend Hi Performance Towing. Our truck was towed by another company to our home on a dark rainy night after the alternator went. The next morning Billie from Hi Performance Towing came, hooked it up and towed it to our mechanic. He was pleasant and efficient. When we picked our truck up from the shop, we noticed a big hole in the chrome bumper. We called Hi Performance Towing to see if they had taken photos at time of pickup from our house as we were trying to pinpoint when this damage happened. Kai was really nice and seemed genuinely concerned. We were so surprised when she called us back within a few minutes and let us know the photos were reviewed and damage had already been done to the bumper as it showed up in their photos they took at the time of pick up. We had not noticed the night before due to it being dark and rainy and we were super tired from the whole ordeal taking hours. Kai quickly sent us the photos and we were able to deal with the previous tow company for a resolution. I was not expecting such great customer service from a tow company! We will definitely be calling Hi Performance Towing in the future for any towing needs. Thank you Billie and Kai!”

“I truly appreciate the aloha and efficiency at Dansen's. I booked my safety check appt with Shiloh several days in advance; she was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived for my appt, another lovely lady helped me (so sorry I didn't get her name). I waited in the waiting room for just 10 minutes...say what?! I've had appts elsewhere for safety checks that I've waited several hours for them to even start to look at my car, even though I had an appt. “Nothing but good things to share about this company’s service and availability. Got stranded on the way back home from a surf run, and Discount Towing was the only company near Mililani that was willing and able to assist with a flatbed tow on a Sunday night. Took less than an hour for pickup, and my vehicle was securely loaded in just five minutes with a safe drive towards the leeward side. Price seemed reasonable at $225, but it didn’t really matter in any case because no other company could assist with my vehicle in those off-hours. ? Super thankful for the whole team, from dispatch to the driver too, mahalo!”
