“I was trying to return an auto battery today that I bought in Feb 2023. My car would not start with this battery. I brought it back to Hanabusa’s to try to get another battery. However, they said that the battery was still good after testing it in store and I should take the battery back. They could do nothing to resolve this. I told them a mechanic had also tested it and said that the battery didn’t have enough cranking power to start the engine. I needed a new battery. They would not prorate the cost for the new battery.I bought a new battery from them and installed the new battery. The engine started and starts multiple times.BUYER BEWARE. I will never buy a battery from them again and will take my business to O’ Reilly’s in Nanakuli. So sad I‘ve been doing business with them for decades. No star rating for Hanabusa’s. Unbelievably bad service.”

When I arrived @ Waianae Goodyear, Richard P was professional & took the time to look at my tires & recommended the next steps I should take. They all treated me with respect & was understanding with no pressure. Because I was late today & had unexpected issues I will need to return for my services once everything is all in order.
