The staff who are mentioned in the bad reviews are familiar to me and I have always seen them working hard and doing their best to help everyone under a lot of pressure. If they were in a hurry with one customer I know that was because they were trying to get to the others who were waiting as well. So we can all be just a little patient and understanding.”
