“This was the absolute perfect place to stay. Our Villa was beautiful, spacious and had a perfect view of the ocean. The sunsets from our balconies were breathtaking.

Rooms: Absolutely amazing rooms. Spacious, extremely clean.

Nearby activities: The pool area is beautiful

Safety: We felt extremely safe, both coming and going.

Walkability: We were able to walk to the nearby ocean, pool, and the well manned reception desk was great.”

“We LOVEEED everything about this hotel — the price, location, free breakfast, friendly staff, amenities (especially the grill for our cute steak night). This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we definitely plan on returning. Mahalo to the amazing staff!”

“Such a great location. If you can be fortunate enough to be here during whale season and watch whales breach while in the pool or on your balcony… good times.

The rooms are dated and in need of updating and it appears a renovation is currently happening. Be careful you do not book a room next to a room being renovated! Might be noisy.

Come to this resort, chill in the pool, walk the ocean path, experience the vibe. Enjoy!!”

“3 nights at the AC Hotel Maui Wailea were comfortable and very beautiful. The view of sunset from Kai, the poolside bar, was unforgettable. The bartender also made some delicious mai tais.

The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. My problem with the rooms is the lighting. The room had a built in night light that made it impossible to make the room as dark as I would like. I will also add that location is very convenient, but not on the beach. That is the only reason for not giving it 4 stars for the location.”

“Have come here multiple times to work at medical conferences. Each time the perfect place to both have fun and learn! The conference center area is beautiful and extremely well organized. And the hotel/pools/beach … could not be better. The hotel row of beaches is phenomenal with world-class fun in the surf as well as snorkeling in the mornings. And the walking path along this area is a great place to get some exercise in, but also to visit all of the restaurants along the way. Highly recommended!”

“We stayed at 3 bedroom Hoole Villa, property managed by Grand Wailea. While the location is great, the villas are of old. They don’t even have USB ports for charging phones. We did not find good value for the expensive stay ($4000 per night).”
