“We've taken our sienna there a few times. Pricing is definitely fair. Staff is friendly, and they get you done in a timely manner. They told us it would take multiple days to fix the a/c, and they literally had our van back to us in under 24 hours. So far, so good, We're not going anywhere else but to r and r.”
“I have been servicing my cars for about 5 years now at Uptown Automotive. They are so detailed in their work and communication. I really appreciate how they explain things to you so you can understand what is going on with your vehicle. I have never had an issue with the company, and tell all my family and friends to go to them because I truly trust their word. From the receptionist to the mechanics; they really hold integrity with their work.
Highly recommend.”

“Called in to check up on service records for a used car I was looking to purchase. The man who assisted me took my information, said he would get in touch with the owner, and find out if it was ok to share the details of the car.
He called me back within 24hours and gave me a detailed explanation of the services they had provided.
I appreciated that they were committed to their customers and checked in with the owner before disclosing any information. The timeliness was fantastic as well. I will definitely consider using them as my shop.”
“I bought my 295/70/r18 tires from Costco Maui from online.Only after their tech refused to install them.Because it is a size larger then OEM and my truck is not lifted.Someone recommended 1320 performance in Wailuku.I got the tires installed the same day.The 34 inch tires fit perfectly no rubbing at full turns.I did all the research and measured the back spacing. And there is a lot of more room left for 35 inch tires.Thank you 1320 performance you are the best.”
“Friendly staff, safety check was quick and complete for my motorcycle. The office staff was also nice enough to make sure I was ok when my motorcycle didn't want to start. Mahalo Pd's”

“Came in to have my car's transmission fluid changed and everyone was so kind and informative. They made me feel at ease and at home. Loving uncle and aunty vibes in there.
John, the owner, was working at the front with a big smile to welcome me in. I told him what my car's been experiencing and he told me his game plan for checking out the car. Later he called with a detailed description of my car's transmission fluid and how much it'd cost. He was transparent and helpful the whole time, even doing a quick diagnosis and telling me what my car will need in the future and how long (timeline for completion) + how much the services would be.
Same day services are always worth it to me. I never felt stressed out and trusted them every step of the way.
Thank you John and family ?

“Island Automotive is always a huge help, with either our business vehicals or my own personal ones they have been able to get us back up and going fast. Most recently we had one of our service trucks down and they were able to get us in and up and running same day when other shops couldn't. Very honest and reliable, no pressure explanations of what repairs are needed and great communication. These guys are our go to. Highly recommended”

“I.H. Auto is the only place I trust to service, diagnose and repair my family's four vehicles. I always have to book an appointment (sometimes weeks out). Why book appointments?? It's because I.H. Auto is that good and in demand. Beware of any repair shop that has empty garage space and wide open schedules. Results is what's important to me and mine. I.H. Auto is upfront, transparent, and competitive on pricing. They'll get the job done right the first time.”

“Had a fender bender in June and had heard about Studio Auto Body - in very good ways! So I took my truck there for an estimate; they were quick to be in touch with my insurance company, got the parts in as quickly as they could and did a FANTASTIC job with the repairs!!! The front bumper, grill and headlights were all replaced.
The were communicative along the way and it was worth the wait - the customer service that they provided was outstanding; I highly recommend Studio Auto Body”

“Cedric was very helping and easy to talk to when communicating what needed to be done, time frames, estimates, and between myself, Toguchi, and my insurance company. He kept me updated with everything that was going on and answered all my questions well. They got the job done a few days earlier than expected as well. Body work was good too.”
