“This review is for the pharmacy. (I'm an Oahu resident and am on Maui for Christmas. I asked my doctor to fax my prescription to this location.) I was promptly greeted and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I'd pick up prescriptions here again if I ever need to!Also, just as I got to the counter, I overheard an elderly customer was just wrapping up his vaccination and I felt the good vibes radiating from the staff who administered it. :)”

“CVS Pharmacies Melanie is very knowledgeable and helpful and smiling and doing everything right. With employees Oui, Brenda, kahea, always working and really neat. Plus none of the above let no customers wait in line and forever are polite to customers on the phone. The best service we receive each month. Praise report. They deserve to be rewarded for their unique service.(When Pharmacies Ryan, he needs to be more kind to customers and employees. And read each prescription before he sends out notifications. As soon as he gets medication from my dr, Ryan immediately sends a message says it’s too soon. Then I call and explain my dr increased the doses. He reads it and says after 5 minutes ok. I ask can my husband pick up today and he says yes. Keep checking when it’s ready on my phone.(Normally I get notifications from Pharmacies Melanie or employees that my prescription is ready to pickup.)I’m not understanding why Pharmacies Ryan reacts the way he does. This the first complaint I ever submitted. I pray CVS will talk to Ryan. Thank you Deborah Cerny)”

“Wailuku's sole Safeway & Pharmacy is located at the Maui Lani SC. That said, there is no drive thru. Hours are 8a - 8p weekdays and 9a - 5p weekends. They close for lunch from 12:15p - 1p. Text messaging conveniently alerts you of your med's status. Service has been good.TIP:Travel vaccinations are available. We utilized their services for a safari to Kenya years ago.OVERALL:Unfortunately, pharmacy services aren't available on the Safeway app.”

“Founded in Chicago, IL in 1901, they're the nation's second largest pharmacy store chain behind CVS. On Maui, they seem to pop up near longtime local store & pharmacy Longs Drug (now part of CVS). Their newest location in Wailuku is right across the street from a Longs Drug store and also includes an attached Starbucks, Jamba Juice & Verizon store. A drive thru pharmacy and photo department are available, the latter of which brought me here. EXPERIENCE: The spouse ordered a photo & frame for family which I had to pick up. Went in, gave the worker the name and of course a hiccup occurred. They said it was already picked up. Long story short, they had our two orders confused and eventually found what wasn't picked up yet. Kudos to the workers though, as most would throw in the towel and not even try. The project came out really nice to boot. OVERALL: Convenience at its best. I have nothing but love for their app and pharmacy services.”
