“Great crew very accommodating. I wish I could say the same for the store in Kihei. Terrible management in that store FYI always running out of things, nobody cares, sassy answers. I told the girl I spend over $50,000 a year and I needed an answer on a product. It’s been No stock for over a month. She told me that it doesn’t matter what I spend that she doesn’t really have to help me if she doesn’t wanna. This is the girl with the courtesy desk in Kihei Friday at 4 PM. After waiting 15 minutes for her to come out as there’s no bow to ring she had the sassy attitude. I had my own business with 40,000 SKUs and guess what I had a minimum report that came out every day so we always had inventory and if we didn’t we’d fill in off of another vendor. That key has Store is always out of everything. They shouldn’t have done it all, but they should’ve closed it down but the one in Kahului that I go to the pharmacy is fantastic.”
“The store has many items and brands that appeal to range of customers needs, wants. Store cashiers are not the fastest, but they are pleasant and there are usually several so wait time is moderate, sometimes longer.The store has a lot of merchandise for a limited space especially the seasonal section which is always so cluttered and hard to maneuver around in since right by where customers have to wait to pay. I miss the original double entrances that were both along the front of the store (Ka’ahumanu Ave side). They instead created a second entrance as well as adding several registers along the mall side which is usually empty. It seems this store needs some reconfiguring for smoother flow for shoppers and to help more evenly spread out the foot traffic congestion, while deterring shoplifting and loitering.The store is air conditioned, but still doesn’t feel cool… maybe no dehumidifier or AC system that doesn’t work well.”

“For those like me who grew up on going to Longs Drug to shop. This store is the busiest on this island because it's central in my opinion. Staffing is limited be patient. Ask for items if you could not find in store. Staff will help. Late night until early morning stores are locked due to safety issues. Wave down a staff member in store. They will open doors to allow entry. Safe shopping. Highly recommended. Tyvm”
“We filled out prescription there despite the bad reviews. The woman assisting us was great. She even suggested that she might be able to find us a coupon. We were paying out of pocket after losing a prescription and ended up paying a third of the original price. We were there on a Monday. There was no line, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Five stars for sure.”
