“Actually, the customer was Alamo rental cars. My rental wouldn't start one morning due to a computer issue so Alamo send the tow company to get it while an Uber took me to get a replacement car. When I got back, the tow had been completed without issue. The hotel was happy with them also.”

“I live on the island of Oahu and my mom called me saying her car won't start and it's stuck. I called my moms insurance company to get a tow for her. 4 different towing companies said no and then we got to the 5th one and it was beach country towing and they said yes to help out. Can't remember braddahs name but he took the time to help my mom out and got her car starter for her. And took the time to call me to let me know what happened. He did not have to do that but he did and I appreciate it and I would give him 10 stars if can but no can. We should have more people like him and company's like this. Thanks so much recommend these guys 100 percent.”

“After 20 years of owning our Toyota Corolla, we finally decided to put her down. We got in constant with the county, who then put us in contact with D & D towing. Pomai came and told us what to expect once we got to Hammerhead Metals (where the car would be dropped off). Pomai was extra patient as the line was SUPER long. He was very friendly and professional. We had a great experience with D & D towing. Mahalo!”

Not only did they show up super fast to tow my car, but they also helped me find a replacement! They were more than helpful, courteous, and gave me the best customer service possible. “Johnny was the best liaison you could possibly ask for. He did everything we asked of him and more! He was accommodating in every way. We were so appreciative of him we even invited him to 2 luaus. We look forward to him coming to the mainland so we can host him as well as he hosted us. We left important personal items accidentally and Johnny went ABOVE AND BEYOND to go find them, pack them, and ship them to us! I've never heard of such great service before! If/when we return to Maui we will certainly use Maui SUV Rentals and ask for Johnny! Without Johnny our vacation wouldn't have been complete. I wish I could give 10 Stars but 10 Stars still wouldn't be enough.
