“Sweet baby Moses!!!!! This is a must stop when in Waimea. We came to check out the butcher shop- which is real deal, local sourced (which we love!), and stayed for lunch. Hubby had delicious, melt in your mouth brisket - served with really good sides - beans and slaw. I ordered - hands down - the absolutely best cheeseburger I have ever had in my life!!!, and I don't say that lightly. So, so, so flavorful- so juicy - so ono- enjoyed every last bite!!
