Came here with my crew for an open gym day (after unending storms cancelled our outdoor plans) and the owner was happy to take time out of her day to open it up for us to train and workout. Highly recommend!

Great experience. As a recovering hyper achiever I wasn’t triggered to push myself too hard and enjoyed my workout. KC was encouraging and made sure you were doing the moves correctly. Highly recommended.
