“We had an amazing experience at CrossFit All Star! We bought a week pass during our stay on the Big Island. KC was so kind and met with us on our first day to make sure we had access to the gym for open gym hours, which made us feel welcome right away. The community was incredibly friendly and welcoming —we felt right at home from day one. We also had Coach Kayah all week, and he was so great. His workout debriefs were clear, he provided modifications for athletes of all levels, ran through a great warm up and his music selection was absolutely fire that helped keep the energy high. Thank you to everyone at CrossFit All Star for making us feel like part of the family. We can't wait to come back!”

“I’ve been going to CrossFit Kawaihae since 2017. I took a little pause for a few years, came back, got pregnant, and have now been back consistently for almost a year. One of the biggest things that keeps me coming back is not just the coaching, but the community, support, and how family friendly the gym is. As a mom, having a place where my kids are welcomed makes all the difference. My oldest daughter now works out with me, my baby gets to watch me, and my middle daughter hangs out in the playroom while I’m able to train. Everyone is always so supportive and helpful, and it truly feels like a community that supports not just you, but your whole family. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about helping people become stronger and healthier no matter where they’re starting from. The workouts challenge me mentally and physically, and have helped me feel like myself again postpartum. CrossFit Kawaihae has been such a positive part of my life over the years, and I’m really grateful for the community there.”

“We love to take our dog here, it's a very clean Park, there is lots of room for the dogs to run around, when the bathrooms are open they are very nice and clean, The grass is well maintained. If you do take your dog here please clean up after to keep it nice for everyone else, most people are very respectful but some do not take bags,There are trash cans right there so why not help the park staff to keep it nice.”

“The facilities are first-class, with the small features reaffirming that this property cares about its clients. Cold towels, cold water containers, cups, and a very clean facility are easily noticed. I appreciate the special court colors because I find it easier to see the ball. All three tennis pros are excellent. They all offer their own talents and energetic personalities.”

“Great gym!!! Good value, would recommend. It is well appointed with all equipment you need for any type of workout. I particularly liked the assault bike, peloton, and krankcycle. The gym is generally not too crowded and quiet. The owner, Bryan, is a great guy and also happens to be an excellent tennis coach outside of the gym”
