“We enjoyed our stay here. Good level of cleanliness and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Waimea is a beautiful part of Hawaii. This location was central to many restaurants, grocery store and other stores (all within walking distance). Highly recommend.”

“Great location. Close to the best beaches in the Big island. 30 min drive from the airport. I could have given them 5 stars but the cleanliness of the room definitely was not. The towel had a clumped hair. The bathtub had a lot of hairs on the wall. We complained of course. We were given a credit to use for dining.. but still.. Hotel grounds were kept clean otherwise. The last 2 days, one of the elevators did not work so everyone had to use the same elevators and was crowded at some point. They provided reusable bottles and there were water stations everywhere. Self laundry was a nice touch. Free to use with free detergents as well.”
