“I had an amazing experience with Nalu the manger at Verizon. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out the most was his communication. He really listened to what I needed, made me feel heard, and found the best solution for me. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure you’re satisfied, but nalu went above and beyond. If you need help at Verizon, I highly recommend asking for nalu the manager . He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Definitely deserves 5 stars!”
