“West Side Fender should get a 6star rating from me , they did an amazing job on our vehicle, the color was blended perfectly with the existing paint, clear coated a buffed to perfection. “I would like to say these guys are top notch. I have had exhaust work done by these guys by the amazing Nate, it was great. The exhaust work is by far the best in Hawaii. I had my previous custom exhaust done by Rad Motor Sport and it lasted with no issues. I have a new car now, so I wanted a new custom exhaust setup. I was again extremely pleased with my new setup. Nate did my exhaust work again, the look and sound is great. I also got a new tire and wheel package with them. I love how professional and honest they were from the beginning. I would highly recommend these guys.”

After checking in I was waiting for enterprise to pick me up so I could get my rental but they were taking a while so the oka staff took a bunch of us instead of having us wait longer. “I came in to set up an appointment for my bumper which was hanging down on one side a few inches due to broken pins. Set up an appointment and while I did so a very kind customer service representative had a mechanic come out and he had just repinned it up real quick and it looks completely fine. There work looks great on other vehicles and the service I just received was amazing. Will definitely return here in the future for any auto body issues I may have.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Gerber Waipahu (Maria & James in particular), following damage done to our car (hit & run) while parked at Costco. Our insurance company suggested Gerber, when their 1st body shop recommendation informed them that they couldn't repair the damaged parts, and that replacement would be needed. From the beginning we felt like we were given realistic estimates for the various aspects of the repair process. When it was found that additional parts would need to be ordered, we were immediately informed of the potential for a significant delay. Fortunately, the Gerber folks found that they had the parts already in their possession, and were able to expedite our repair process. We ended up picking up our car earlier than even the first estimate, which went as smoothly as could be imagined. Everybody was polite, friendly, respectful and helpful. The repair looks great, and our car is once again back home where it should be.”
“Went to repair my passenger rear fender and bumper via insurance. Rental car was easy as the car was at the shop when I dropped off my car. The repair was for a week but they had to extend the repair because they were waiting on a part from the manufacturer. Progress follow up calls could’ve been more frequent instead on once a week but the folks were friendly, receptionist Kailyn, Shane and Henry! That’s what makes the repair timeframe enjoyable when you’re waiting. The work was quality, as my fender and bumper looked brand new! Would definitely recommend them!”
