Hi i wanted to leave a review and just say i always come here to do business at this Waipahu location for a few year now I brought my new phone from a girl who not there anymore she had highlights and kinda chubby i think her name was sherelle cheryl she was the manager, anywho she gave me the best service and always smiling always helping me always patient and kind, gave me the run down on any phone I asked she never got mad or aggravated lately I come in and the people who work here now suck no patience always talks by personal business not patient just really irritable when I ask much questions about phone giving wrong info just to sell products. That girl that manager always made me feel welcome the world needs more people like her. Someone needs to find her Bring her back the store needs presence it really sucks. She always knew me and greeted me by name, now all I get is Hello, howz it?, welcome. Shitty service now I won't come here anymore.

This location was the worst experience I had. 2 employees and only 1 was functional. The other employee, I was hoping she was customer because she did not know what to do from the beginning. And yes I had yo be the one stuck with her. I don't know how she was hired. But I will not go there anymore.

I'm not happy at all with crickets service. Everytime I call this one store, no one seems to know what their doing. My phone takes alittle to connect to internet and other areas. I'm switching carriers.

This location has the best staff we have had the pleasure to service our account. We have been with Cricket since 2013 and never had 1 issue that they were not able to solve, Not 1.We plan to be with Cricket for a very long time and as long as Kody and his Co-workers stay @ this location we will continue with patronage there.
