Came here to purchase a new battery and to do a battery switch out. The clerk, Janna Lee, said she was very confident in replacing my current battery with a new battery. When she tried, she put the battery in backwards and blew a fuse. Also, the other clerks in the store were not mechanically inclined and could not figure out the issue. I had zero power in my car after they touched it. I had to resort to towing my car to the dealership. Now, I am car less for 3-5 days because no auto shop carried fuses in inventory. Do not let these people under your car hood!! They do not know what they are doing! Never again.

Went to this location and heard this (well, all of them) employee saying about your speakers not good and just go to bestbuy. This is not how you supposed to sell your stuff. Waited on the line too because this employee is using his phone. He’s literally infront of the register. I believe he doesn’t know how to recommend or advertise. People won’t be going back to this location again because of this kind of behavior.

Worse place I’ve been to. The employees wasn’t paying attention was on their phones and talking to each other while I needed help. When I asked for my part they tried to tell me to go somewhere else to get it because their stuff don’t work and they don’t care. I just used my phone number at another store before coming and when I tried to use it here they said I didn’t have an account and made another one. They didn’t get the item I asked for had to go and get the part number myself and give it to them and still didn’t want to give me my part .Also they employees was making fun of some customers and I won’t be coming back to this store ever again.

Had a Great time with Janna-Lee and Manager Ray they were so understanding patient and Great Customer service they solved a problem for me that was frustrating and solved all my car problems. I would 10 out of 10 recommend when they are working. I appreciate all the knowledge I’ve learned today from these employees.

Girl couldn’t change the battery out acting like they didn’t have the tool to take the battery out and then was trying to send me to all kinds of different car places to have it done where I had to pay extra to have the battery changed out gave me a phone number to a mechanic who is closed. Never going back there again!

My recent visit to O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Waipahu left me extremely disappointed. Upon entering the store, the lady assistant manager informed me that no one could assist me because there was no one available to help. However, I observed two individuals walking in the back. Despite this, she suggested I visit either the Ewa or Mililani location for assistance. Just as the conversation ended, someone emerged from the back, and the assistant manager suddenly asked if he could help check my battery.During the battery check, I turned on my car, and it sounded like it was on the verge of dying. To my surprise, I was told my battery was in good condition and that driving it would resolve the issue. Unconvinced, I sought a second opinion elsewhere, only to discover that my battery was, in fact, failing. I got my battery replaced, and my car sounds well now. I understand if assistance was not readily available, but providing inaccurate information about my battery's condition put me in a precarious situation. It's crucial for the staff to be honest, as my nearly stalling car down the street was a result of misguided advice. Improved communication and transparency are needed for a better customer experience.
