Came to get wiper blades this morning. Lady helping me (Verness, not sure spelling?) Was TERRIFIC!! She even installed my blades. Quick and easy friendly and quiet mannered. I truly appreciated her help. I was thrilled to see a woman know how to do these car things.. thank you verness
