Girl couldn’t change the battery out acting like they didn’t have the tool to take the battery out and then was trying to send me to all kinds of different car places to have it done where I had to pay extra to have the battery changed out gave me a phone number to a mechanic who is closed. Never going back there again!

My recent visit to O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Waipahu left me extremely disappointed. Upon entering the store, the lady assistant manager informed me that no one could assist me because there was no one available to help. However, I observed two individuals walking in the back. Despite this, she suggested I visit either the Ewa or Mililani location for assistance. Just as the conversation ended, someone emerged from the back, and the assistant manager suddenly asked if he could help check my battery.During the battery check, I turned on my car, and it sounded like it was on the verge of dying. To my surprise, I was told my battery was in good condition and that driving it would resolve the issue. Unconvinced, I sought a second opinion elsewhere, only to discover that my battery was, in fact, failing. I got my battery replaced, and my car sounds well now. I understand if assistance was not readily available, but providing inaccurate information about my battery's condition put me in a precarious situation. It's crucial for the staff to be honest, as my nearly stalling car down the street was a result of misguided advice. Improved communication and transparency are needed for a better customer experience.

Had a dead battery, and got it replaced for $100 less than the dealership. I really appreciate their help in getting me the right part, and they even helped me put it in! Shout out to Brooklyn!!!!!

I came back from a very long trip & forgot to unhook my car battery. I called OReilly and talked with Jeidei and she had my battery and calmed me down. I went in today and her and Shigen did me solid and changed out and tested my battery. Great service - recommend !!!
