“I randomly called this location for an urgent visit for my dog and they were able to take me that day. Unfortunately we loss our dog before the scheduled appointment so I called to let them know we no longer needed to come in. I was emotional during the call and said out loud, “I don’t know what to do now.” I was saying it to myself and the person in the phone thought I was saying it to them lol She was so nice and advised that I could bring him in and they would assist with cremation services.We got there just before closing and I didn’t feel rushed, they graciously offered us to go into a private room to say our final goodbyes. I appreciate their patience and grace. So much aloha in a time we needed it the most. I appreciate them so much <3”

“Our visit to Mililani Mauka Veterinary Hospital was a scary one. Our baby of 14 years fell seriously ill the night before. When my husband called, they told us to bring Malia in right away. When we arrived, they took Malia directly to the back to give her a full checkup. Turned out that our babies condition was more serious than expected. We had to come to the decision to put our baby girl to sleep. The doctor was so compassionate and supportive. She walked us through everything that would take place. I couldn't believe that this was happening. Hubby was strong enough for both of us. He held Malia and talked with her until she took her last breath. We just cried together. Even though this was an emotional moment, the staff provided us with exceptional service. Amazing experience showing love and kindness to us when we needed it most. Mahalo!”
