“When I first spoke with Matt I gave him the run down on my 1993 jeep wrangler yj. I have driven all the 210,000 miles since I bought it new in 1993. Our conversation went on for 30 minutes, or so. Matt told me about thier service. How they would go over my jeep thoroughly, take pictures of parts in question, give me updates via text messaging. I remember saying to Matt that, that was exactly what I was looking for because wanted to have it for another 200,000 miles. So, I came into this with pretty high expectations, and from the first day Matt followed through. Give Matt and the folks at Countryside Auto Care a try. I sure am glad we did!. Thanks Matt! “I was supposed to be in Blackfoot for a two hour appointment. I was driving up from American Falls. All of a sudden, I lost steering on the freeway. I managed to get off the freeway. I called Murray's, and they helped me navigate getting a tow truck and getting my truck to them. My truck was a mess with power steering liquid all over. NICK AND MIKE WERE AMAZING! They took charge so well. I don't make decisions about our vehicles because that is my husband's area he is away for a few months. They were less than half the price of their competitors. In addition, they helped me with the fuzes for the A/C and the radio. In addition, when they were done, they gave me a ride back to the hotelI would never take my truck anywhere else it is worth the drive, especially if you are a woman who doesn't know much about her vehicle.they are the most honest and trustworthy people out there**There is also something I need to address about some of the reviews which happened to be negative. I know this much Mike would never do anything dishonest and to those extremely few people who said bad things about Mike or his work ethic You are absolutely wrong.he would never do the things that the reviewers said. It's hurtful and disgusting although the platform will not let me address the people personally their names are Kaylee Johnson. This woman clearly has huge issues surrounding her financial situation. You Kaylee are responsible for the repairs and upkeep of your vehicle. It is not anyones fault or responsibility but yours. Mike didn't force you to buy a car that needed a substantial amount of work. You only have yourself to blame.it is unbelievable that you claim that mike "yelled at you" shame on you girl.Next is a woman who goes only by the name honey badger(this woman had reviewed 13 places and literally gave every one of those a single star saying just off the wall things) there was another man called Mike cammeon. No one literally no one would do that Mike from Murray's auto repair would not have done that for so many reasons. I have a masters degree in forensic psychology and it's my opinion that you may be suffering from some kind of psychiatric issue”

“Clutch Fan and collapsed upper radiator hose failed on my 2022 Ram 5500 6.7 4×4.R3 is a small shop that caters to personal vehicles as well as Commercial...with prompt service! His Office Manager hunted down the parts needed for Frank to get me back on the road which was no easy task co sidering the 1 month back order on parts from Dealership. Frank got me in yesterday afternoon, took me to Best Western and picked me up this morning at 11. The time span was NO fault of his, waiting on overnighter parts.IF I'm ever in the area and need a mechanic, I will definately use R3 again and I highly recommend his service(s).More than fair labor rate and parts cost. Very professional and prompt! A MUST for OTR Drivers!”

Helped me put together a parts list and executed the install flawlessly all for a very reasonable price. I honestly feel they went above and beyond to make my experience a great one and from what I hear that's a common practice. “REASONABLE FOLKS!Had a coolant leak in my old pickup, was hoping it was a freeze plug and not the head. Called Lee's and they told me the hourly rate and said, "Hard to say how long it'll take to find a coolant leak." I told them that I knew it was coming out the back side of the engine (because I could see it, but I don't have a mirror or anything to let me see down behind there). They said, "Oh, well, if you have an idea where it's at, just bring it in and we'll take five minutes to look at it." Took about 20 minutes time all was said and done -- and unfortunately, it was the head. I'd have happily paid $30 for the definitive answer, but they said, "No charge. Sorry it wasn't what you were hoping for. Good luck!"”
