“I got my camper van stuck in some mud in a relatively remote area and Rack Towing were the ones who helped me out. I regret that I don’t remember my driver’s name, but he was kind and friendly the entire time, even though it was a tough fight getting me out of there. The good attitude goes a long way during what can be such a stressful situation. Thank you again!!”

“REASONABLE FOLKS!Had a coolant leak in my old pickup, was hoping it was a freeze plug and not the head. Called Lee's and they told me the hourly rate and said, "Hard to say how long it'll take to find a coolant leak." I told them that I knew it was coming out the back side of the engine (because I could see it, but I don't have a mirror or anything to let me see down behind there). They said, "Oh, well, if you have an idea where it's at, just bring it in and we'll take five minutes to look at it." Took about 20 minutes time all was said and done -- and unfortunately, it was the head. I'd have happily paid $30 for the definitive answer, but they said, "No charge. Sorry it wasn't what you were hoping for. Good luck!"”
