“We had a car breakdown near Blackfoot, Idaho while we were on our way from Utah to Chewelah, WA. Everyplace we tried to get help in Blackfoot pretty much told us to get lost or come back in a week. The Les Schwab tire place told us to try Point S. Michael Nalley, the manager at Point S took us right in. The replacement part had to overnight from Salt Lake City. Michael helped us find a place to stay overnight and gave us a ride to the motel. The friendly crew at Point S quickly fixed the problem the next morning after the part arrived. Mike and his crew were so nice and friendly to us and their work is excellent. We are so grateful for their help and service.”
“Had a blowout on our travel trailer just off the freeway near Blackfoot. We got the spare on and then stopped in to Les Schwab. Logan helped us get the blown tire replaced and looked out for us by checking the other tire on that side. He replaced both quickly and had us back on our way. Great customer service!”
