This pharmacy is the absolute worst! It always takes my prescriptions 2 days to fill and the staff is incredibly rude every time. This Albertsons should seriously reevaluate who they are hiring. Definitely going to request the my prescriptions go somewhere else

Really bad. Prescriptions not ready 18 hours after they were called in. They always appear very unorganized. Slow. Not great service. To top it off, when I went to pick up my prescription I was literally asked “do you want it today?” Enough was enough with this place so we have decided to move on.

They have been out of drugs for a while. Other stores have them, but not them. Would have been 3-4 stars.

The service at this Pharmacy has significantly declined over the last year and 1/2. This includes repeatedly not filling accurately prescriptions sent by physicians then blaming the doctors for the pharmacy’s poor preparedness and ability to fill what has been sent. We get notices that prescription are ready for pick up, then upon arrival on numerous occasions being told the scripts are not ready requiring 20-30 minute wait times. My family has been using the same pharmacy for 12 years but after today, we are switching to another pharmacy. Enough is enough.

I wait in line for a 1/2 hour to pick up a prescription that is supposedly ready just to be told I will have to wait another 1/2 hour. They act like they are doing me a favor to take my money and make me wait. I was actually asked today "do you need this medication?" When I said yes I do I was treated like a nuisance. When I called to make sure the medication is physically ready to be picked up I was treated to a condescending attitude. This prescription was supposed to be ready 2 days ago. It's not like I'm trying to rush them. Making a diabetic go days without medication is ridiculous.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. It's absolutely disgusting that they allow a manager to harass employees, especially ones with autism and other disabilities. Tammi has been an atrocious wretch and the company has done nothing to discipline her for her actions. It's 2022, it's time for either Albertsons to take better care of ALL of their employees and follow FEDERAL anti-discrimination laws or deal with the consequences of breaking those laws

I do not understand what is going on in this store, but I think it is very poorly managed. We go into the Starbucks to get coffee before an evening shift most afternoons and there is always only one girl working the whole Starbucks. There is almost always a huge line and that poor girl works her tail off to get to all the customers in a timely fashion. She is friendly, she makes great drinks, and she probably gives the best customer service in the entire store. I just always wonder why the management doesn't seem to care about how long customers have to wait in line. 5 stars for the employee working the counter alone, 1 star for the store

I was in there yesterday for a Flu Shot, I had set up an appointment online and filled out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. When I arrived, I was told that they were so short staffed and could not do it, and I would have to reschedule. I said ok, and started discussing other times to come back. One of the techs, I believe it was Connor, decided to stay past his shift to help me out. It's a rough time for all of them, and I really appreciated the extra effort!

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY ON THE PLANET !!! I cannot understand there stupidity at all. Weeks to get RX mailed out. Are u kidding me ? Because there short staffed ? Who cares not my problem ! Take care of your patients needs !

730 PM I asked for some distilled water and 7Up as shelf was empty. Told some was in back stock but no one was available to get it. WTF?
