The staff is decent but the technical services are very poor. The staff genuinely helps but they can only do so much if the system doesn’t support them. Disappointing

This afternoon I had an extremely confusing complicated situation regarding a medication I needed refilled. The pharmacist went out of her way and heard out my situation and found a way to resolve it.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this pharmacy. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help when I needed a couple days worth of one of my medications due to road conditions where I live which prompted me having to stay in Boise.
