Albertsons is a convenient and friendly neighborhood grocery store. The store is clean and organized, and the associates are very cordial, helpful, and polite, with staff described as always friendly. The bakery features customizable cakes and cupcakes, with excellent customer service noted there. The deli offers a variety of party trays made to order. The butchers block has an assortment of meat and seafood, and the produce department is full of fresh fruits and veggies. The floral department offers exclusive designs. Services include Order Ahead pick-up for bakery items, Grocery Delivery, and DriveUp & Go™ to save time. The pharmacy staff is helpful. While usually low stress, some staffing challenges have been noted during busy times. The store provides an excellent grocery experience where customers feel valued.
Usually this store is pretty low stress but I need to change my rating since the last time: what is up with their staffing? 1 cashier and no one watching self check out at 11am on super bowl Sunday? I feel bad for the staff they do have; this is a labor budgeting issue. Staff is always friendly and polite.
