“I popped in at about 830 and Knight on a Monday. I just wanted to see what was up with the place.. I decided to buy a loaf of bread and then discovered that it was cash only I said I’d be back some other time and he just gave me the loaf for free. Good people here I highly recommend.”

“Been going to the store since they’ve opened and I’ll tell ya what it’s like a treasure hunt going into not only this location but with any Grocery Outlet store. You see we’re called a Bargain market for a reason, you never know what you’ll find at one or at any location at a particular time or a better price elsewhere, it depends on what they have available to order at a time. It sure doesn’t stop me from shopping in there because if I don’t find one of the things I was looking for, I’m at least walking away with something better or giving something new a try. If your going to try kale chips or mushroom coffee, this is the place to get it and try it and well if ya don’t like it, it’s not to much out of your pocket to either give away or throw away if it’s that terrible. I shop at the Overland Grocery Outlet first and for most then if I can’t live without it I’ll go to another store. Like I said before I’ve been going there since it opened and even got my Mom and her friend that both live in Emmett to start and continue to shop there for the produce for juicing. I have just recently been back and I walked out of there with 2 bags of grocery and a bag of deli products and a 12pk of non alcoholic beer and it was less than $55. Can’t really say that about any other grocery stores with decent products like that.? Grocery outlet Bargin market ?”

“My regular grocery store fire many years. I always like coming here. Sometimes the produce leaves a bit to be desired and the item availability does change over time but overall I really enjoy shopping at this place.”
“Amazing little store, stress free shopping. Employees were super helpful. We came to check out their Beeler's ham, which was fully stocked and at a better price than the other natural market in town. We really enjoyed our visit. The suppliment section is huge and very well stocked with Boirons, which we love. It's cross town for us but we will be back soon.”

“I'd come here just to hang out, it's gotta cool vibe...a vibe grunge Seattle used to have before Amazon. Look carefully, there's more here than soda & lip balm. Some things will make you laugh.
Sadly, they're not permitted to make hot food, like a BEC (bacon, egg, cheese on a hard roll), but they do have sandwiches & burritos you can heat up at your hotel or home, & some weird drinks. Again, look carefully.

“Fred Meyers fuel center is always clean, always busy but there are enough gas pumps that you can almost always get your car in and refill right away. This is in contrast to something like Costco where you often have to wait for a few cars to fill up.The added plus to Fred Meyer over something like Costco is that you can pick up really convenient and necessary items while you pump gas such as car fluids or firewood or a snack and a drink.”
“My wife and I stopped by Grocery Outlet looking for some large flower pots. We had two very specific shapes and colors in mind, and while the store had exactly what we wanted, they were buried under several layers of other heavy pots.
Raul and Patty jumped right in to help. They spent quite a bit of time moving and sorting through a huge stack of pots to find the exact ones we were after. These weren't little pots either. They were some of the biggest ones in the store. I honestly felt a little bad watching them do all that work, but they never acted inconvenienced and kept a positive attitude the whole time.
What really stood out to me was that they didn't just point us in the right direction and move on. They genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we came for. That kind of customer service feels pretty rare these days. It's obvious that Raul and Patty take pride in what they do and care about the people they help.
The same was true of everyone else we talked to in the store. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. That's not something you see everywhere.
Experiences like this are exactly what make me want to come back and shop more often. Prices matter, but great people matter too, and your team made a lasting impression on us. Thanks to Raul, Patty, and the rest of the crew for going above and beyond. We really appreciated it.”

“I visited this store to get some pastries for my son's class that was studying cultures and holidays around the world. The family here was incredibly helpful and kind. I left with some packaged goods, fresh baklava, and piping hot bread. YUM! Highly recommend. I will be stopping in here when I am in Boise!”
“Highest quality proteins in town. I specifically buy most of my meat/fish here because they have great variety and prices. Lots of wild caught fish, air chilled organic chicken and unique options (red snapper, duck breast, etc) that you can't find everywhere. Bruce who works behind the meat counter is the nicest guy! Give that man a raise ;) overall great customer service that I hope is indicative of a positive work culture.”

They have the sausages I really like and all of the meatballs I like in soups. I got a purple yam jam that was SOOOOOO delicious! I'm glad I came here and now have access to many unique goods that I crave.”
“This is the 5th Albertsons I have done a review on as the Boise area is where the Albertsons started here with one store and the rest is history. This is a family based chain of Albertsons spanning I believe around 8 different states. I was out in this area and was hungry and I stopped in to get a hot batch of their Idaho potato wedges which is always filling and very inexpensive. This store like so many of them that I visited are always clean and the staff are always ready to help with a smile ? on their faces.”

“I went in to get an upgraded ring for my wife. I did not buy the previous ring here but came to see their selection cause I heard from a friend that he had a good experience there. Grace was the employee that helped me and she made the process great and easy. I walked out with the ring the same day and my wife loves it. When's it's time for an upgrade I will be coming back.”

“Honestly, this Fred Meyer is just solid all around. Their produce is always way fresher than what I usually see at Walmart (no super gross looking fruits and veggies ?), and I’ve found some really good deals in the apparel section more than once. They regularly have discounted shoes and that's awesome because I go through a lot of shoes in my job. It’s one of those stores that just feels reliable. But the main reason I wanted to leave a review is because of one of the self-checkout attendants named Jax. She’s genuinely one of the nicest employees I’ve run into while shopping. Always super patient, always willing to help, and she's always smiling every time I see her. She's always so sweet with my kids too. At least twice I've seen her play peekaboo with my littler one, and give my older one stickers which keeps them happy and makes my life so much easier.”
