“VERY friendly staff, very high quality frames and service. They had TONS of options for frames. If you find something you love but it's outside your budget range, they know their stock like the backs of their hands and can find you something similar to what you loved, but this time within your budget better. I recommend this place to everyone who needs things framed! I've had a large cross stitch reframed here, and plan to take my diamond paintings to be mounted and framed as well.”
“LOVE Potter’s Center! Not because they’re the only pottery supply store in town, but they carry great variety of everything from clay, underglazes, glaze from low to high fire temp, texture tools, etc. They can even order kiln or some bigger equipment for you too if you’re in the treasures valley area. The staff are always very friendly& knowledgeable as well. We are lucky to have such a great pottery supply store in town! ? Pictured is the mango cup I made using airbrush to spray underglaze on.”
“Ward is an accomplished artist and a gentleman; super interesting store, everything is high quality. I have posters from 20 years ago that still look new, which attests to the fine production values.”

“Lynn was a pleasure to work with on two works of art we had reframed to bring them up to date. We love the quality of work for our art pieces & appreciate Lynn's advice on framing & matting options. The museum glass makes the colors in our watercolor pop! Thanks Lynn”

“The best place for local art and gifts! Find everything from painting to glass to handcrafted jewelry! All of the work is made by local Idaho artists. High quality art in a beautiful setting. Every First Thursday they have an opening reception for a different Featured Artist and live entertainment. There is even a wonderful little gift shop.I love that the art is switched out every month so there is always something new to see! It is staffed by the artists so be sure to ask what they do to get to hear a little about their process. The new location downtown is beautiful, has easy access and plenty of free parking too!”
“I've been shopping at this store since 2013 and R. Grey Gallery is the best jewelry store in downtown and the Boise, Idaho area. After visiting all of the stores in the Boise area, I realized that finding a good jewelry store was not an easy task in Boise, so I am glad that I found this hidden gem. Their staff is super helpful, and I always leave this place with a smile on my face. I have purchased more than 10 different pieces of jewelry from this store already and have even custom made over 5 pieces as well. It is a must see jewelry store! R.”
“Great place for art lovers... I got a great wooden sculpture hand carved of top quality looking awesome...They just moved to a bigger location few blocks away...”
“I am a budding glass artist visiting from Spokane where there are no glass studios to speak of. I dropped into Boise Art Glass to see what they had to offer. Beyond the showroom filled with beautiful glass art from shot glasses and wine stoppers to hummingbird feeders and sculptures (and so much more), they offered classes in glass blowing and lampwork technique. The classes are very booked out however but I got REALLY lucky and there was a cancelation that afternoon for glass blowing. It was a one on one course and I was able to make two objects from a wide variety of choices like a vinaigrette bottle, soap pump, ornament, dish, paperweight and more. I chose the oil/vinaigrette bottle and a vase. There was a wide variety of colors to choose from in the frit (crushed glass). My instructor Rachael was outstanding, with me every step of the way keeping me immersed in the process. It was so much fun! I would highly recommend the experience to anyone. Next visit I'm calling ahead to get a spot in the lampwork class!”
