Not impress with this company at all and how unprofessional they are. I got screwed out of a 5070 GPU for MSRP all because of their crapping online automated systems. I purchased a 5070 on there website on March 14 at 2:59 pm but Bestbuy double charged my account flagging it as fraudulent. My banked called me to make it was an actual purchase, i confirmed yes and thought nothing of it. Until i wake up the next day and got an email from them at 3:30AM!!! WHEN I WAS ASLEEP!! Saying that they just canceling my order without double checking or confirming with me. Just straight up cancel it! Why in the hell are they allowed to do that ESPECIALLY with GPU when they know how hard those card are to get. I sat on an online for for an hour for the chance to even buy the 5070 for MSRP. I cant even trust this company with anything, so much stuff fall thought the cracks there and non of the employees get paid enough to care. GOD I WISH WE HAD A MICROCENTER HERE!!! Ontop of that i cant even get my money back. I have to dispute it with my bank. Nice job Bestbuy!!
EDIT: I already reached out to your Instagram team before even making this review. Meghan from Insta reply to my msg and has been helping as much as she can. She stated that I won't get a answer or reply till Monday during normal business hours. I already sent photos and the original order # to the BestBuy Instagram

Purchased a laptop based off of techs assurance it would be adequate for the specs I presented from out IT department. Sent to IT and it wouldn't work. Tried to take it back and it was two days outside of window. Not worth doing business with.

Was completely lied to by staff on the advantages of having total membership. Was sold on promises that dont actually exist. Im assuming their employees make commission on credit cards and memberships, as that's the only logic I can find to lie. Either way, this company needs to heavily monitor how their employees are going about selling their products. Hours on the phone and zero accountability for their staff lying to my face. Also their customer "service" call center is atrocious. After hours of conversations and 6 transfers, their supposed "supervisor" put me on hold until I hung up an hour later. Zero accountability, zero understanding, zero effort to rectify their own screw ups, and forced me to hang up instead of offering any resolution.

Do not purchase anything from here, we purchased a washing machine from here a couple of years ago and we purchased the extended warranty. We started asking for help from them in January due to where washing machine not draining, they sent out a technician, the technician thought then he fixed it, but it still hasn't worked, they put in to send us a new washing machine, and instead of actually doing it kept rescheduling the new washing machine. My husband spent hours on hold on the phone trying to get ahold of somebody about it, they rescheduled the washing machine delivery promising it would come this Friday. Cancelled it today saying that they would like another technician to come out to look at it in two weeks. In the meantime I have children and I have not had a working washing machine since early january. They are sending a technician out to come during the second week of March and that technician will take however long they want to take to then wait even longer to ship washing machine. At this point these people lied about having a washing machine under warranty. Do not buy a large items from Best Buy and do not buy their warranty because it is a lie. They are basically just going to drag you along with a carrot until your warranty wears out.
Oh yeah, and if you're thinking to yourself oh well I have that extra thing that I paid for where I get shipped games early and to go to the front of the line when calling about a warranty, we do too. And this is how they've treated us

I went to cancel my membership. The guy said that i needed to update my account, and then he said that it won't charge me if it's not updated. The next morning, Bestbuy charged my banking account.

My 72 yr old friend and I went there to buy her a Tablet. Yes, they had the tablet. $169 Samsung A something. A good price. My friend had one for 9 years, it is too old and needed to be replaced. The last time they set it up for her with her email and you tube app. Basically the only things she uses it for. This young woman told her,"We don't do that for free." "You have to pay $169 to join Geek Squad for us to help you!" When my friend expressed she doesn't know how to do this herself, the woman kept pushing Geek Squad. My friend told her "I'll buy it somewhere else." The woman shrugged. I said, "Well, you just lost a Best Buy customer forever." The woman says, "We don't give our services away for free. It isn't fair to those that pay."
My friend got same tablet at TMobile same price, all set up at no charge.
I would think doing a kindness now and then would outweigh the stiff rules. They have done it in the past years for me with my laptops and other things. I guess keeking customers is not in their playbook.

Managers are one of the worst people to deal with at this location. Save yourself headache and go to the Best Buy in Nampa where they actually care about their customers and service. O/10 for the male ‘’manager’.

We bought a samsung dishwasher from this store. The installation guys came in a week later and installed it just fine, however we noticed that the dishwasher looked used. So we asked them to replace it. This took a month and a half to arrange! The installation guys came back and it was this Romanian pair. The guys did a terrible job, they left wooden pieces out with a gap and nails sticking out when we have a crawling infant at home. The dishwasher wasn't in all the way and it would tip forward if put any weight at the front end. When i called to complain, the agent told me that the dishwasher needs to be a different size. What? It was the same model that was installed the first time! And we're still waiting for them to come and fix everything. In so dissapointed in this store. I'm never buying major appliances at this place.
