“The Capitol Auto Body team did a great job on some paint work for me. It was nice to work with a locally owned business vs one of the giant corporate owned shops that are taking over. Their pricing was right in the middle of the few other shops that quoted the job. I highly recommend that you at least get a quote here if you're ever in need of high quality auto body work.

“If I could give Wizard Auto Specialties 10 stars I would! I've been SO IMPRESSED with their high standard of customer service and their expertise with autobody work. I was, unfortunately, in an accident about 6 months ago. Greg and Traci at Wizard made sure my rental car was available right at the shop! I was also able to drop the rental car at the shop when my vehicle was finished. That is a BIG DEAL when you don't have another licensed driver handy. The autobody work was excellent. I could not tell there was ever an issue. A couple of months later I felt a wobble of some kind at certain speeds. I talked to Greg about it, and he didn't ask any questions at all but had me drop it off as soon as possible. He discovered that the issue was not a warranty issue (not even part of the repairs), but during the workup he discovered the problem and had it repaired for me! When it was finished he delivered the car to my work! I'm telling you... that kind of customer service is rare these days. RARE, Y'ALL!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Greg and Traci!”

“I stupidly ran into my steel carport while parking my Subaru Outback the other day, denting and buckling the front side quarter panel of the car.
I took my car (actually, belonging to my wife) to nearby Caliber Collision on Royal where Mike Moe kindly surveyed the damage and estimated the cost to properly repair it to industry standards. The price seemed fair to me because just last year I had done similar damage to my daughter's car in the exact same scenario. (Yes, I am old and stupid!)
Anyway, because our car is 10 years old with more than 100,000 miles on it I told Mike I would be happy if we could just get the dent and buckling repaired without having to remove and paint the panel.
Mike kindly suggested that in this case McDowells on State Street might be better able to inexpensively repair the damage via their mobile repair service and he asked me if I'd like him to ring them. McDowells was indeed able to do the job.
I am really impressed by Mike Moe and Caliber Collision. They put my interests above their own and helped me to save a lot of money. Hopefully the next time I damage my car it will minor damage. But if it's more than the ding it was this time, I will definitely take it to Mike Moe and Caliber Collision.”

“Tough Line was generous enough to donate this bed liner to a Veterans auction last month and I was the lucky recipient. My 2001 F350 needed some love and they did not dissapoint! This 23 year old truck bed looks brand new!!! They explained the process of how they prepare the truck and other than empty out my personal items, I didn’t have to do a thing. “Bought a used 567 and combination step deck trailer on two different occasions here. Both experiences were great and the crew is incredibly helpful. Jake was awesome to work with, very transparent and willing to send you any pictures, records, or other information on whatever you're looking at. The service department is also top notch. When I went to pick up the aforementioned used trailer, an air canister had failed on it when we tried releasing the brakes. Immediately, Jake and a tech (sorry, missed your name) got out there and were under the trailer installing a new one without charge. Really can't ask for better service and dedication to the customer, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this group again.”
“If your car has been damaged, don't take it anywhere else. These guys are legit. After my Camry got smashed up in a hit-and-run, I brought it to Harold's and it looked like nothing ever happened once they were done. They were able to see me quickly for an estimate and after insurance approved repairs, the work was completed quicker than I thought it would be. The quality of the repair work is also second to none. These guys take their work seriously and don't cut corners. Scott was also incredibly patient with the hundreds of questions I had for him over the course of the repairs and was very helpful throughout the whole process. “Wasn't expecting to find a dog park here, we noticed the grass driving in but almost completely missed the off leash area until after walking my sweet girl. Granted, the fence height is a little low for jumpers, this park is leaps and bounds better than any other rest stops we've encountered this trip. The only down side is there aren't any dedicated parking spots, so you'll just have a minute or two on the leash before making it to the fence. Not pictured, but the tree placement was nice.”
“The staff at Maaco worked very well with us considering that the person that hit my car was paying for the damages. Riley and the rest of the staff supported us in assuring us the other party paid and always treated an old lady with respect and dignity.
It took a long long time for them to procure the parts but it was an old car.
Once parts were in it was realitively reasonable time and their job was well done matched the color very well. I would use them again. The price reasonable and staff as nice as could be.”
