“Where do I start? Idaho Collision Centers completely exceeded my expectations after being t-boned in an accident. The wreck caused such emotional stress and the last thing I wanted to think about was trusting a company to make my car "brand new". I had reached out for advice via social media and was responded to by Robert. Robert was very professional and gave very valuable input as well as respecting my opinion. I had researched a few other places and was very unsure where to go and who to trust. I can say without a doubt that Robert was the reason I had chose Idaho Collision Centers. Robert very clearly went above and beyond in his role with ICC. It means so much to me that Robert reached out offering help and guidance in such a difficult time for me. Robert kept in contact with me every step of the way with emails and phone calls. I was given dates on when to expect my car & if not finished by then, given another date. However my car was still done sooner than expected! I had little talk with the insurance company, which I am thankful for. Robert handled all that. Most important of all, my car is STUNNING! “My 2015 Jaguar XF was involved in a accident. Vehicle was a total loss. This Jag was my pride and joy. Needless to say I was very upset, due to the total loss of my vehicle.My wife posted a negative review in support of my anger. The review was posted in haste and I had it removed.Cope Collision wrote a faur estimate. “I recently was in need of some vehicle repair and the shop I had used for years was now closed due to retirement. Based on some other reviews I chose Caliber Collision to give me some help. I can not express how impressed I was with their operation and how well they run their business from beginning to end. It took a while to get the vehicle in as they were very busy but that was to be expected. When I called and talked with my insurance company even they were pleased that I had chosen Caliber to get the work done. Once I dropped the vehicle off I was constantly kept informed by text as to the progress of the repairs and was really surprised when the repairs were completed well before the time frame that I was originally told. The repairs were perfect and it looks like the vehicle is brand new and nothing ever happened. So ....if you are in need of some collision repairs I can highly recommend them.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Jimmy. He is a true gentleman that reminded me of the old-fashioned days of courtesy and helpfulness. I went to Jimmy to get an estimate for some minor damage on the bumper of my vehicle, and to my great surprise, instead of telling me it needs paint work etc., he just brought out a scuffing compound and took the scuffs and damage out magically rigtht in front of my eyes. I could not believe it. I will be returning for more work I need done on my vehicle, but I can say it was a truly memorable experience to just come across such a marvelous human being in Jimmy.”
