“I ended up with a rock chip on my windshield that I needed repaired. I was mailed an ad booklet and found Intermountain's information, so I decided to give them a call. Terri answered the phone and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My location was pretty far away from their location but she was able to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. It was so refreshing to call a business and be connected with a knowledgeable person that understands customer service. She even contacted my insurance company for me to open the claim, etc. It's sad to say but you just rarely come across that anymore. Joe was our repair technician and he was equally as helpful, polite, knowledgeable, etc. I would definitely go back to this business again!! Way to represent your company, you two!! Impressive!”
“If I could give Wizard Auto Specialties 10 stars I would! I've been SO IMPRESSED with their high standard of customer service and their expertise with autobody work. I was, unfortunately, in an accident about 6 months ago. Greg and Traci at Wizard made sure my rental car was available right at the shop! I was also able to drop the rental car at the shop when my vehicle was finished. That is a BIG DEAL when you don't have another licensed driver handy. The autobody work was excellent. I could not tell there was ever an issue. A couple of months later I felt a wobble of some kind at certain speeds. I talked to Greg about it, and he didn't ask any questions at all but had me drop it off as soon as possible. He discovered that the issue was not a warranty issue (not even part of the repairs), but during the workup he discovered the problem and had it repaired for me! When it was finished he delivered the car to my work! I'm telling you... that kind of customer service is rare these days. RARE, Y'ALL!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Greg and Traci!”

They told me I didn’t need new windows but they could repair the current windows a a fraction of the price
They did it quickly and were neat and tidy and fair and professional very refreshing
We just moved into a new house and they came and repaired the old windows and they preform like new

“Absolutely thrilled I found this place. I got a pretty bad rock chip and every auto shop I called was booked out for weeks. I was scrambling trying to find a place to help and there it was. A glorious poster right in front of the Phillips 66 that said “free rock chip repair”. Pulled in and after about 30 minutes I was driving away with 1 less chip in my windshield. An excellent find that I will come back to if I ever have another chip.”
“They fixed a leaky back slider window on my F150. Seems to be a common problem with these models.Can't say enough good things about this place. Communication was clear and friendly. No matter how busy they are they are always kind enough to drop me off at the airport even thought it’s a short walk. Talk about a concierge experience! Plus, I don’t have to worry about parking my airport for a week.

“Professional and knowledgable service when I dropped in with a small star crack in my windshield. When I tried to schedule online the next available appointment was over 1 month away. Had I waited that long the crack would have spread, requiring an expensive repair or replacement.”
“I initially was getting my windshield chip fixed and then it formed a crack I panicked and called safelite and said I need a replacement actually and the person told me October 18th would work then a great technician said there was a cancel in one of his appointments and fit me in within 2 days of the windshield crack I was relieved of the stress of the cold ruining my windshield more but it was all done perfectly”
